La differenza la fa il personale : un complimento particolare al sig. Vittorio, il direttore del punto vendita e a Francis il ragazzo alla cassa che aiuta nel sistemare i pacchi con grande gentilezza.
Top store in terms of personnel (very fine), assortment of references (really many products), and promotions (even so many).
The difference is made by the staff: a special compliment to Mr. Vittorio, the store manager, and Francis the boy at the cash desk who helps to arrange the packages with great kindness.

The products have excellent prices unfortunately you have to review the staff who are not the most polite but arrogant and presumptuous especially at the checkout.
