★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità dei dottori è fuori discussione !! La farmacia è sempre presidiata da personale molto preparato e sempre pronto a fornire consigli per quanto possano essere di loro competenza per quanto attiene ai farmaci OTP .
Da notare anche l'apertura di domenica mattina ed anche un "plus" non indifferente e cioè la misurazione gratuita della pressione a disposizione dei clienti.
La insoddisfazione riguarda invece il fatto di essere dei "commercianti" : i prezzi sono al di sopra della media e poco propensi ad applicare uno sconto che renderebbe noi clienti più contenti.
Un esempio su tutti che mi ha "pesato" molto : uno scontrino di 4,25 avrebbero potuto arrotondarlo a 4 euro ( alla fine sarebbe stato appena il 5%!!), Ed invece mi sono toccate monetine di resto per 75 centesimi che mi hanno pesato nelle tasche ( ho pagato con 5 euro)
The professionalism of the doctors is out of the question !! The pharmacy is always manned by highly skilled personnel who are always ready to provide advice as far as they can be concerned with regard to OTP drugs.
Note also the opening on Sunday morning and also a considerable "plus", that is the free measurement of the pressure available to customers.
The dissatisfaction concerns instead the fact of being "merchants": the prices are above the average and little inclined to apply a discount that would make us customers happier.
An example above all that has "weighed" a lot: a receipt of 4.25 could have rounded it up to 4 euros (in the end it would have been just 5% !!), And instead I touched change coins for 75 cents that I they weighed in the pockets (I paid with 5 euros)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità oltre ogni ragionevole dubbio . Sarò felice di passare a 5 stelle quando , oltre alla professionalità , metterete in pratica una VERA politica di "sconti automatici" esattamente come fanno altre farmacie SENZA NEPPURE CHIEDERE GLI SCONTI.
In tempi attuali dove denaro ne gira poco , un po' meno di guadagno da parte delle farmacie significa maggiore respiro per noi cittadini che FATICHIAMO AD ARRIVARE A FINE MESE .....
Professionalism beyond any reasonable doubt. I will be happy to upgrade to 5 stars when, in addition to professionalism, you put into practice a TRUE policy of "automatic discounts" just like other pharmacies do, WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR DISCOUNTS.
In current times where little money goes around, a little less income from pharmacies means more breathing space for us citizens who are TOIL TO GET TO THE END OF THE MONTH .....
