G	Giuseppe Nucatolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato la farmacia per avere effettuato un domicilio ,ho spiegato che siamo in quarantena, dopo esserci accordati li ricontatto per aggiungere un altro farmaco è mi rispondono che essendo in quarantena non potevano effettuare la consegna perché il fattorino non essendo vaccinato ,io dico ma mica doveva avere a che fare faccia a faccia con me , avrei abbassato il paniere con guanti , faccio tutto con i guanti,è non avrebbe avuto nessun contatto , complimenti, i farmaci erano per 2 persone anziane Io ho fatto il mio dovere avvertendo ,chissà in quanti posti vanno è le persone non dicono nulla Deludente Sig.ra Patricolo I called the pharmacy to have a home address, I explained that we are in quarantine, after having agreed I contact them to add another drug and they answer me that being in quarantine they could not make the delivery because the delivery man was not vaccinated, I say but not he had to have to do face to face with me, I would have lowered the basket with gloves, I do everything with gloves, and he would have had no contact, congratulations, the drugs were for 2 elderly people I did my duty by warning, who knows how many places they go and people don't say anything Disappointing Mrs. Patricolo
R	Rita Lucia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era da tempo che volevo mettere una valutazione ed ora finalmente lo posso fare. Sicuramente c'è tanta professionalità e su questo non ci piove. Altra cosa positiva é che la farmacia partecipa alla raccolta farmaci per la piccola chiesa che sta di fronte e ciò va a grande merito. A dispetto delle ottime premesse però ci sta il "commercio" nel senso che se si chiede una sconto proprio te lo fanno al minimo e si capisce che tutto é mosso dal denaro e dal commercio invece che dallo spirito di AIUTARE le perso e nel bisogno. Capisco pure gli orari allungati e la copertura pressoché totale nella settimana ma che sono sicuramente dettate dal contrastare la concorrenza vicina delle altre due farmacie aperte praticamente con gli stessi orari e non dallo spirito di servizio alle persone. Ripeto: uno sconticino maggiore e un po' più umiltà nel dire "siamo i più bravi" sarebbero più apprezzati. It's been a long time since I wanted to put an evaluation and now I can finally do it. There is certainly a lot of professionalism and it doesn't rain on this. Another positive thing is that the pharmacy participates in the collection of medicines for the small church opposite and this goes to great credit. In spite of the excellent premises, however, there is "trade" in the sense that if you ask for a discount, they will do it to the minimum and understand that everything is driven by money and by trade instead of the spirit of HELPING you lost and in need. I also understand the extended hours and the almost total coverage during the week but which are certainly dictated by contrasting the close competition of the other two pharmacies open practically at the same times and not by the spirit of service to people. I repeat: a little bit more and a little more humility in saying "we are the best" would be more appreciated.

Oggi cercavo gli orari di apertura e mi sono imbattuta in molte recensioni negative, allora ho deciso di lasciare anche la mia. Come detto sopra frequento questa farmacia praticamente da sempre, soprattutto per la grande professionalità, cordialità, competenza, educazione, disponibilità e gentilezza riscontrate nel dott. Cucchiara e in tutto il personale, che caratterizzano e distinguono questa farmacia dalle molteplici vicine. A mio parere la miglior farmacia della zona e sicuramente una delle migliori della città I have always visited this pharmacy but I have never left a review more than for lack of time because I never thought about it. Today I was looking for opening hours and I came across many negative reviews, so I decided to leave mine too. As mentioned above I frequent this pharmacy practically always, especially for the great professionalism, friendliness, competence, education, availability and kindness found in dr. Cucchiara and all the staff, who characterize and distinguish this pharmacy from the many neighbors. In my opinion the best pharmacy in the area and certainly one of the best in the city

Cucchiara e i farmacisti che lo aiutano sono molto professionali, disponibili , cortesi e se possono fanno pure una carezza sul prezzo dei prodotti. Comodi gli orari di apertura ( sempre aperti tutti i gg. compresi festivi) e il servizio a domicilio. Ho manifestato questo pensiero in maniera molto naturale perchè la farmacia merita. CONSIGLIATISSIMA I have been a customer of the Cucchiara Pharmacy for a long time, for me and my family it represents a safety for the health of all of us. Dr. Cucchiara and the pharmacists who help him are very professional, helpful, courteous and, if they can, they even give a touch on the price of the products. Convenient opening hours (always open all days including holidays) and home service. I expressed this thought very naturally because the pharmacy deserves it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Credo che quando si ha a che fare con il pubblico, si debba quantomeno evitare di usare espressioni e toni che vogliono dire qualcosa di davvero poco carino. Comprendo che a stare dietro un banco per tante ore e magari avendo problemi personali a volte la cortesia può venir meno. Questa è la motivazione per cui non una stella: perché anch'io sono umano e a volte sbaglio. Aggiornamento in risposta alla "risposta del proprietario": modifico la mia recensione inserendo questo paragrafo, per ringraziarVi per la gentile risposta e per specificare che in virtù di essa tornerò nella Vostra attività quando ne avrò modo e bisogno, proprio perché spero sia solo stato un episodio (come già anticipavo giorni fa nella mia recensione)... mi auguro di trovare la cortesia che dite essere vostra prerogativa costante: in tal caso sarò lieto di modificare ulteriormente la mia recensione. Aggiungo che non sono solito fare recensioni negative proprio perché ritengo che un'esperienza non può penalizzare l'intera attività...di fatto ho dato 3 stelle e non l'unica stella che vi avrebbe messo decisamente in cattiva luce. E leggo dalle recensioni che, a detta del titolare, si contraddistinguono dal "vicinato" per gentilezza e disponibilità. Io vedo solo tanta boria e presunzione. Un po' più di umiltà non guasterebbe. Metto una stella perché non c'è zero. In risposta alla "risposta del proprietario". Non è affatto un fake, e il solo fatto che lo pensi dimostra la sua altezzosita'. Per quanto riguarda la gentilezza e disponibilità che ostentate di avere contrariamente alle farmacie del vicinato, la invito a rileggere le sue risposte alle altre recensioni, in quanto sono sue parole, fa espressamente riferimento al vicinato mentre ora dice di non importargliene nulla. Le altre recensioni lette nonché questa sua risposta alla mia recensione, non fanno che confermare quanto già esposto. Unkindness reigns supreme. Or, at least, courtesy is reserved only for those who tell them. And I read from the reviews that, according to the owner, are distinguished by the "neighborhood" for kindness and helpfulness. I only see so much arrogance and presumption. A little more humility wouldn't hurt. I put a star because there is no zero. In response to the "owner's response". It is not a fake at all, and the mere fact that you think it proves its haughtiness. As for the kindness and availability that you flaunt to have contrary to the neighborhood pharmacies, I invite you to re-read your responses to the other reviews, as they are your words, you expressly refer to the neighborhood while now you say that you don't care. Pay close attention to what you buy, the first and only pharmacy that does not make returns or refunds. Apart from being very rude, to be avoided.
