A special thank to Mr. Francesco which offered me his important suggestions even late in the night.
In fact, I came at this shop during their night service , as a friend let me know about such a great opportunity which I find so important for people like me which stays at their workplace all the day long.
Taking into account Mr Francesco's suggestions, I finally transferred here my number into another mobile network that I can only say that is really fast , reliable and quite cheap ( I now load every month 10 euros instead of 20euros !!! ) as guaranteed by Mr. Francesco .

An Italian gentleman whose service to tourists like me is issued in a professional , cool , outstanding way.
He is undoubtedly the best sales associate I ever met in my life : his suggestions are so clear and polite . On top of that , despite he is an Italian National , his English skills are so excellent that there's no way to misunderstand any of the explanations given to let us know the rules of our mobile plan .
Vodafone should be proud to have Francesco as part of its sales associates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Having a bad issue with a Vodafone sim card bought 5 days ago in Rome, I finally got the right assistance and the right answers to my legitimate questions .
Well , I finally walked in here by browsing on Google maps where I discovered tons of positive reviews left by customers from all over the world.
Francesco ( a very friendly guy with impressive english skills ) immediately let me know everything about the sim card bought in Rome few days ago and I definitely understood that I got a data plan that did NOT satisfy my needs whilst touring in Italy.
That's the answer!!!
Now I finally got a new italian sim card that lets me use both data and voice calls to the US : this is definitely what I need !
