C	Claudio Calamia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero ripromesso di scrivere una recensione su quanto avvenuto la settimana scorsa. Oggi finalmente ne ho il tempo. E leggo che la mia esperienza trova conforto in una recensione già pubblicata. Ebbene, mi trovavo in negozio a cercare uno shampoo..non trovandolo mi fermavo a cercare (magari non riuscivo a vederlo io), quando dalla zona casse sentivo il proprietario inveire a voce alta contro un suo dipendente. Al dipendente in questione veniva detto di andare a scuola ad imparare visto che non riusciva a organizzare un domicilio. Decidevo di uscire anche un po' sconcertato dall'accaduto. Ma non era ancora successo niente per così dire. Arrivato alla cassa dicevo al proprietario (con mascherina usata come fasciacollo) che forse avrebbe fatto bene ad andare lui a scuola per imparare un po' di educazione nel trattare i propri dipendenti. Per tutta risposta mi veniva detto testualmente: "Me la impari tu l'educazione?" Mi raggiungeva alla porta di uscita un ragazzo che comunicava al proprietario che anche lui era rimasto deluso dal trattamento riservato al dipendente. A questo punto il proprietario diceva a entrambi che non ci voleva come clienti. Ovviamente io non penso proprio di tornare in questo negozio. A chi vorrà rispondere a questa recensione, dico già da subito che non ho bisogno di ritrovarmi, che sono decisamente in pace con me stesso, che non provo astio o odio verso il genere umano. Solo voglio far notare che fare autocritica ogni tanto farebbe bene e che magari due aghi pungono più di uno! I promised myself to write a review on what happened last week. Today I finally have the time. And I read that my experience finds solace in an already published review. Well, I was in the shop looking for a shampoo .. not finding it I stopped to look (maybe I couldn't see it), when from the checkout area I heard the owner yelling loudly against one of his employees. The employee in question was told to go to school to learn as he could not arrange a home. I decided to go out even a little disconcerted by what had happened. But nothing had happened yet, so to speak. When I got to the cash desk I told the owner (with a mask used as a neckband) that perhaps he would do well to go to school to learn a little education in treating his employees. In response, I was told verbatim: "Do you learn education for me?" A boy met me at the exit door and told the owner that he too was disappointed by the treatment given to the employee. At this point the owner was telling both of us that he didn't want us as customers. Obviously, I really don't think about returning to this shop. To those who want to respond to this review, I say right away that I do not need to find myself, that I am definitely at peace with myself, that I do not feel hatred or hatred towards mankind. I just want to point out that doing self-criticism from time to time would be good and that maybe two needles sting more than one!
f	franci di cara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è si fornito ma i prezzi sono molto cari ma quello che mi lascia mettere una stella è il modo in cui trattano il personale anche davanti ai clienti che è a dir poco discutibile. Ho assistito tempo fa ad una scena che mi ha fatto mollare ciò che avevo raccolto nel cesto e decidere di non mettervi più piede. Il rispetto per il personale per me sta alla base della buona educazione di un titolare. Le rispondo: Io ho solo riportato la mia esperienza ,che purtroppo per voi non è positiva , perché ritenevo giusto farlo e non volevo sorvolare come spesso si fa. Solo perché sono l'unica ad avere fatto fin'ora una recensione negativa non significa che sono un ago in un pagliaio. So di certo che non sono unica testimone a scene del genere. Sapete bene che non ho detto una falsità!. Vi invito da ciò a trarre spunto per il futuro e stare più attenti a certi comportamenti davanti ai clienti , una cattiva pubblicità non serve a nessuno.Buona giornata The shop is well stocked but the prices are very expensive but what lets me put a star is the way they treat the staff even in front of customers which is questionable to say the least. Respect for the staff for me is the basis of the good education of an owner. Just because I'm the only one to have done a bad review so far doesn't mean I'm a needle in a haystack. I certainly know that I am not the only witness to such scenes. I invite you from this to draw inspiration for the future and be more careful about certain behaviors in front of customers, bad advertising is of no use to anyone.

Sono entrata con aria critica e devo farvi i complimenti. Uno dei punti vendita più assortiti che c'è a Palermo e i prezzi sono leggermente al di sotto anche rispetto a Ferdico o GED. La cortesia non manca e non ho trovato l'aria di tempesta descritta. Vi terrò d'occhio per capire se il mio post va modificato. Ad oggi complimenti per tutto.
