★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento dell'acquisto non hanno specificato che di un profumo c'erano 2 versioni (io non lo sapevo) e quando sono tornata per dire che non era quello il profumo che desideravo (ho speso 50 euro), non hanno voluto cambiarlo perché mancava il cellofan trasparente nello scatolo. Ho proposto di lasciare lì il profumo (l'avrebbero venduto, tutti i profumi sono senza cellofan) e ho proposto di acquistare quello che mi interessava con uno sconto (mi sarei accontentata del 10%). la risposta è stata NO categorico!
At the time of purchase they did not specify that there was a perfume of 2 versions (I did not know) and when I came back to say that it was not the perfume I wanted (I spent 50 euros), they did not want to change it because it was missing the transparent cellophane in the box. I proposed to leave the perfume there (they would have sold it, all the perfumes are without cellophane) and I proposed to buy what interested me with a discount (I would have settled 10%). the answer was NO categorical!
