Oggi, per l' acquisto di regali di compleanno presso il punto vendita Sephora di Via Maqueda a Palermo,.ho fortunatamente incontrato Andrea, addetto alla vendita.Una persona assolutamente gentile e capace di consigliarti al meglio , prendendosi cura delle esigenze del cliente.Mi ha fatto sentire ben accolta e felice di fare gli acquisti giusti .Grazie mille!

Girls are very friendly and nice. They speak english and spanish.

Horrible customer service. Really over-the-top rudeness. We get it, the only people the ladies who work at this Sephora want to wait on are other Palermitani. I would have turned and walked out the door after the first eye roll but I know from long experience that the product I want is only available at Sephoras here in Italy. Still, I'll never go in there again. I'm sure this Sephora makes a lot less money compared to everyother branch- it's not a mystery why- the staff are begging people to never come back with their nasty behavior.

I really love your chain, and as in the UK we don’t have any Sephora shop I went in the one in Palermo (via Maqueda, in front of theatre Massimo) during my holiday there. Normally whenever I get into a Sephora shop I spend at least 100€ but this time it was not the case. As soon as I got in, the security guy looked at me from top to bottom, making me feel like the way I looked was not worthy of that place (and I was dressed in a nice way, considering that I was going out for drinks after that). After that, he started following me as if I wanted to steal something. My father and my husband were waiting for me outside, they saw the scene and decided to enter too. By the time I realised, I had both security and one sales assistant following me. My father then said to me to leave, as my presence was not welcome there. The sales assistant then turned around to my father and said, very rudely: “Do you have any problem?”. I said that no, I did no have any but I went there to spend money and actually buy a few things but as my presence was not welcome I would have spent my money somewhere else, and I left (of course, the security guy never stopped follwing me). Now, I do understand that personnel need to be careful against robberies and stuff, but honestly my family and I are very decent people and we all felt like we had been treated like criminals. I always buy many things from Sephora and I always take advantage of being in Italy to buy your products, but to be honest the attitude of your employees was simply awful and I think I would be better to take my money elsewhere from now on. The lack of good manners and, more importantly, the low quality of customer service are simply not acceptable. I have worked as a store manager for an international chain before and if one of my employees would have treated a client in this way (well, first of all it wouldn’t have happened in the first place) they would have received a warning. Simply disgusting.

I love sephoras but this one got rude workers this one brown hair male looking worker stand next to me all times watching my hands so i wudent steal anything.i have never steal anything in my life. I dress alternative and lil bit difrent than athors but u cant think people steal just becouse how they dress so rude
