★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il punto vendita di via Maqueda per chiedere se fossero arrivati degli orecchini, come suggerito giorni prima da una commessa molto gentile per evitare di tornare più e più volte a vuoto, ma ho ricevuto una risposta sgarbata e maleducata da una commessa di nome Maria Rosa. Non mi ha neanche fatto finire la domanda per puntualizzare che era da sola in negozio, che non poteva mettersi a cercare per me e che dovevo passare direttamente...bastava moderare i toni...e dire che in questo periodo bisognerebbe tenersi stretti i clienti e il lavoro!
