★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo cambio la mia recensione da 5 stelle a 1 stella oggi 30/11/2021 apertura in netto ritardo h 9:07 ma poi le pulizie alle h9 :31 ancora non ultimate infatti la signora addetta faceva fare un gincana per evitare di passare sul pavimento bagnato , cosa che capita spesso.
 Unfortunately I change my review from 5 stars to 1 star today 30/11/2021 opening late at 9:07 but then the cleaning at 9: 31 still not finished in fact the lady in charge did a gymnastic to avoid going on the floor wet, which often happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio su più piani: oltre a vendere abbigliamento e accessori ha anche un reparto cosmetica e bigiotteria. Sono andata per i saldi invernali e devo ammettere che c'era parecchia scelta con sconti reali e taglie non troppo piccole. Nota dolente, il personale alle casse; scostante e scortese,nemmeno salutano.
Store on several floors: in addition to selling clothing and accessories, it also has a cosmetics and costume jewelery department. I went for the winter sales and I have to admit that there was a lot of choice with real discounts and not too small sizes. Sore point, the staff at the checkout; unfriendly and rude, not even say hello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was not good the lady checking me out at the register was so rude she was she shouting at me and my husband I will not shop here again i was visiting from u.s and this was a bad experience for me they need to learn how to treat customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a good selection of clothes also on normal (not super skinny) sizes. The only thing I was perplexed is that they ask you to put back the clothes you tried instead of having a hanging rack outside the changing room. Perhaps they are short in staff? I wonder if this really save their time as it's not always easy to remember where you pick up something if you're there for a while also on different floors, so one can easily misplace things.
