Oltre ad essermi recata in negozio, ho vissuto una customer experience al telefono tra le peggiori della mia vita: uno dei commessi ha messo giù la chiamata nel momento in cui gli è stato chiesto di controllare se l'articolo fosse ancora disponibile in negozio; a seguito di varie lamentale e consigli di cercare tale prodotto da me sul sito (cosa che avevo già fatto e motivo per cui ho deciso di chiamare il punto vendita), ha pensato bene di tagliare la conversazione.
Rude staff with little desire to serve the customer.
