★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior negozio della città!! Oltre alla scarsa qualità dei prodotti gli impiegati sono poco intelligenti e maldestri.
Voglio raccontarvi la mia esperienza: Necessitavo dello spray NEUTRO per le scarpe in camoscio, e pensai, malamente, di recarmi da Patania. Chiesi alla commessa il prodotto e lei mi disse "Vuole lo spray NEUTRO PER SCARPE IN CAMOSCIO?" ed io risposi di si. Istantaneamente la signorina prende il prodotto e lo inserisce nel sacchettino, dopo aver pagato mi reco a casa.
Dovevo usare il prodotto per le scarpe e vado in balcone, per evitare di intossicarmi in casa. Una volta in balcone inizio ad utilizzare il prodotto sulle scarpe NUOVE ACQUISTATE IN UN VERO NEGOZIO a più di 150 euro!!! Ho notato subito che la "suola" delle scarpe stava iniziando a macchiarsi di nero e smisi di utilizzarlo. Rientrato a casa noto che le scarpe dal bellissimo morrone camoscio sono diventate nero sterco. La commessa mi aveva venduto lo SPRAY NERO PER SCARPE IN CAMOSCIO.
Vi prego non recatevi in questo negozio, PALERMO è piena di attività migliori con prodotti migliori.
Chiedo venia per aver scritto così tanto e così male ma vado di fretta.
Non chiedo aiuto ma sostegno.
 The worst shop in town !! In addition to the poor quality of the products, the employees are not very intelligent and clumsy.
I want to tell you my experience: I needed NEUTRAL spray for suede shoes, and I thought, badly, of going to Patania. I asked the saleswoman for the product and she said "Do you want the NEUTRAL spray FOR SUEDE SHOES?" and I said yes. Instantly the young lady takes the product and puts it in the bag, after paying I go home.
I had to use the shoe product and go to the balcony to avoid getting intoxicated in the house. Once on the balcony I start using the product on NEW shoes PURCHASED IN A REAL STORE for more than 150 euros !!! I immediately noticed that the "sole" of the shoes was starting to get stained with black and I stopped using it. Back home I notice that the shoes with the beautiful Moron suede have turned black dung. The shop assistant had sold me the BLACK SPRAY FOR SUEDE SHOES.
Please don't go to this shop, PALERMO is full of better businesses with better products.
I apologize for writing so much and so badly but I'm in a hurry.
I'm not asking for help but for support.
