È bene raccontare il caso emblematico: ci siamo recati in loco perché mia madre cercava un paio di scarpe, cercava un modello in particolare; le commesse hanno provato a far vedere modelli alternativi - che erano lontani dal modello che mia madre cercava - e dopo qualche tentativo hanno cominciato ad ignorarla ed imitare il tono di voce e la mimica.
Non appena mia madre se n’è accorta, ha fatto notare la maleducazione delle commesse e loro, di tutta risposta, hanno continuato a prenderla in giro.
Ritengo quest’atteggiamento inaccettabile e chiedo al proprietario di prendere provvedimenti nei confronti delle commesse che ivi lavorano.
Fintantoché ci si comporta in tal modo, è oltremodo sconsigliato fare acquisti in questo negozio.
Bad experience mainly due to the education of the orders. It is good to tell the emblematic case: we went there because my mother was looking for a pair of shoes, looking for a particular model; the orders have tried to show alternative models - that were far from the model my mother was looking for - and after some attempts they began to ignore it and imitate the tone of voice and the mimicry.
As soon as my mother noticed, she pointed out the rudeness of the orders and they, in response, continued to make fun of her.
I think this attitude is unacceptable and I ask the owner to take action against the orders that work there.
As long as you behave in this way, it is extremely unwise to shop at this store.
