★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate di andarci, è il classico centro in cui al posto di trovare assistenza trovate solamente dei ragazzi pronti a fregarvi appioppandovi il solito abbonamento non richiesto...
Mandai mia madre li tempo fa e provarono a fare un abbonamento solo perché aveva chiesto informazioni su un traffico dati che non le risultava corretto...
Andò lì qualche giorno fa chiedendole se potevano riattivarle una sim che era stata erroneamente disattivata e prima le hanno detto che non potevano farlo perché mancavano i codici della SIM, dopo hanno scaricato nel Cell a sua insaputa un'app per prendere quei codici e le hanno detto che potevano riattivare la SIM solo dopo aver stipulato un abbonamento...
In pratica non muovono un dito se non per stipulare un abbonamento e quindi guadagnarne la relativa provvigione...
Vi sconsiglio seriamente di recarvi in questo centro a meno che non volete fare un abbonamento. Cercano solo di approfittare di chi non è competente o come mia madre una signora anziana sprovveduta.
Ovviamente mia madre ha risolto immediatamente il problema recandosi in un centro TIM serio nel quale hanno risolto in un attimo facendole pagare solo €11.

She went there a few days ago asking her if they could reactivate a sim that had been mistakenly deactivated and first they told her that they could not do it because the SIM codes were missing, then they downloaded an app in the Cell without her knowledge to take those codes and they said they could reactivate the SIM only after taking out a subscription ...
In practice, they do not move a finger except to take out a subscription and therefore earn the relative commission ...
I seriously advise against going to this center unless you want to make a subscription. They just try to take advantage of those who are not competent or like my mother an inexperienced elderly lady.
Obviously my mother solved the problem immediately by going to a serious TIM center where they solved in a moment by charging her only € 11.
