F	Filippo Fiamma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto riparare il mio cellulare, un Samsung A50 il cui display si era rotto in seguito ad una caduta. Mi hanno prospettato due preventivi: uno di € 69 con il montaggio di un ricambio non originale (che mi è stato subito detto che non supporta il lettore di impronte) ed uno di € 129 montando il display originale. Dato che utilizzo quel cellulare come telefono secondario e che ho sempre fatto uno scarso utilizzo del lettore di impronte (che sull'A50 non brilla per funzionalità), ho optato per il compatibile. La riparazione è stata rapidissima perché il cellulare mi è stato riconsegnato a 24 ore di distanza: solo che non appena l'ho acceso ho potuto riscontrare che il nuovo display è leggermente più piccolo di quello originale e quindi non copre tutta l'area dello schermo. Ho espresso il mio disappunto e il personale si è giustificato dicendo che era la prima volta che montavano quel ricambio e che essi stessi non sapevano di questa caratteristica: devo comunque precisare che sono stati molto cortesi e corretti perché mi hanno offerto la possibilità, pagando la differenza di prezzo, di montare il ricambio originale. Alla fine ho deciso di tenermi il cellulare così com'è perché tutto sommato per l'utilizzo che ne faccio va benissimo. Per quanto mi riguarda devo dire che mi sono trovato abbastanza bene e che probabilmente mi avvarrò della loro opera anche in futuro. The repair was very quick because the phone was returned to me 24 hours away: only as soon as I turned it on I could find that the new display is slightly smaller than the original one and therefore does not cover the entire screen area. . I expressed my disappointment and the staff justified themselves by saying that it was the first time they mounted that spare part and that they themselves did not know about this feature: I must however specify that they were very courteous and correct because they offered me the opportunity, paying the price difference, to fit the original spare part. In the end I decided to keep my cell phone as it is because all in all for the use I do it is fine. As for me I must say that I found myself quite well and that I will probably use their work in the future as well.

Ormai gli smartphone sono indispensabili e riuscire a risolvere i problemi in tempi brevi è fondamentale. Lo consiglio vivamente. I had my Huawei replaced the battery. Intanto ho aspettato un mese per il ricambio, poi dopo aver sostituito il display non funzionava più il sensore luce, all'ora lo riportato per sistemarlo ed adesso il sensore funziona ma il tac funziona male e come se ci fosse una bolla d'aria o di umidità all'interno. Oggi lo riportato per capire che fare e mi hanno detto (quando gle lo abbiamo consegnato questa bolla non c'era) e tra l'altro parliamo di un cellulare resistente all'acqua. Sono rimasto soddisfattissimo dell'intervento e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti/e!!!!! Mi risponde Alex che dopo avermi spiegato il problema mi dice: portami il telefono alle 16, e alle 17 te lo vieni a riprendere. Arrivato in sede alle 16.10, alle 17.00 avevo già il telefono pronto al ritiro. Sostituito RIGOROSAMENTE con gruppo display originali Huawei (comprende anche batteria, cornice esterna, vibrazione, ecc.). Ho 12 mesi di garanzia e mi è stata omaggiata persino una pellicola di protezione spettacolare (talmente perfetta che me ne sono accorto dopo alcune ore di utilizzo)! Alex sei un grande!
