★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza avere conoscenza di questo negozio, ma solo in base alla non lontananza da casa mia, ho portato stamattina un televisore Sony che si era bloccato improvvisamente per ragioni a me ignote. Ho così conosciuto un signore gentilissimo, competente, disponibile a intervenire immediatamente, e a risolvere il problema. Il mio giudizio positivo prescinde dal fatto che non mi ha fatto pagare. Magari ce ne fossero un'altra decina, in tutta la città, di professionisti così cortesi e affidabili!
 With no knowledge of this shop, but only based on the proximity to my home, I brought a Sony TV this morning that suddenly froze for reasons unknown to me. So I met a very kind, competent gentleman, available to intervene immediately and to solve the problem. My positive judgment is independent of the fact that he did not charge me. Maybe there were a dozen more, all over the city, of such courteous and reliable professionals!

Telefonando per accertarmi che avevo trovato il centro di assistenza che mi serviva per riparare il mio televisore ho trovato al telefono una persona disponibile, cordiale e disposta a spiegarti nei dettagli, come loro si muovevano per le riparazioni .
Ho portato il televisore e come si era dimostrata al telefono la persona addetta al ritiro della merce si è dimostrata cordiale e sincera, avendomi detto che il giorno successivo mi avrebbe telefonato per darmi il costo del preventivo e così è successo.
Televisore riparato in pochi giorni con un costo onestissimo.
Ottima centro assistenza consigliatissimo, con delle qualità che al giorno d'oggi sono difficili da trovare.
I found this help center by consulting Google. Calling to make sure that I had found the service center I needed to fix my TV, I found an available, friendly person on the phone, willing to explain to you in detail, how they moved for repairs.
I brought the TV and as it was demonstrated on the phone the person responsible for picking up the goods was friendly and sincere, having told me that the next day I would call to give me the cost of the quote and so it happened.
Television repaired in a few days with an honest cost.
Excellent service center recommended, with the qualities that nowadays are hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio smarphone samsung stamani non voleva piu' caricare. Chiedo se fosse stato possibile sostituire il connettore in mattinata stessa ,in quanto non potevo lasciarlo. Concordato il prezzo mi dicono di attendere una ventina di minuti. Dopo neanche un paio di minuti il tecnico mi riconsegna il celluare funzionante. Il connettore non era da sostituire ma era soltanto intasato di sporcizia .... e' bastato solo pulirlo. Sono rimasto veramente colpito dalla corretteza professionale e tra l'altro non ho corrisposto il prezzo concordato ma soltanto una cifra irrisoria per la pulizia. Grazie mille !!
My samsung smartphone this morning didn't want to charge anymore. I ask if it was possible to replace the connector in the morning itself, as I could not leave it. Agreed the price they tell me to wait about twenty minutes. After not even a couple of minutes the technician gives me back the working cell. The connector was not to be replaced but was only clogged with dirt .... it was enough to clean it. I was really impressed by the professional correctness and among other things I did not pay the agreed price but only a negligible amount for cleaning. Thanks so much !!

Personale gentile e cordiale, ho portato la mia tv philips rotta e dopo poco tempo mi hanno richiamata dimostrando una grande professionalità e onestà nel mestiere: mi hanno spiegato passo passo come si sarebbe svolta la riparazione e quanto sarebbe costata prima di proseguire. Ho accettato visto il prezzo convenientissimo e per giunta scontato.
Poco tempo dopo ho portato una seconda tv, purtroppo al contrario della prima il guasto era più grave e il costo della riparazione/sostituzione del pezzo non conveniva, potendomi comprare una tv nuova e migliore allo stesso prezzo, consiglio datomi dal personale del negozio con grande onestà e professionalità.
Esperienza assolutamente favolosa, sicuramente se dovessi averne bisogno (anche se spero di no ?) ci tornerei molto volentieri. Continuate così!! ?

Polite and friendly staff, I brought my broken Philips TV and after a short time they called me back showing a great professionalism and honesty in the trade: they explained to me step by step how the repair would take place and how much it would cost before continuing. I accepted because of the very convenient and discounted price.
Shortly afterwards I brought a second TV, unfortunately, unlike the first, the breakdown was more serious and the cost of repairing / replacing the piece was not convenient, being able to buy a new and better TV at the same price, I recommend given by the shop staff with great honesty and professionalism.
Absolutely fabulous experience, surely if I need it (even if I hope not ?) I would definitely go back. Keep it up!! ?
