Da persone educate, dopo aver pagato, ci accorgiamo che nel resto mancano ben 20€, quindi siamo costrette a ritornare con lo scontrino alla mano per chiedere maggiori chiarimenti , la responsabile all'inizio mi dice che me li aveva dati, poi dichiara di aver sbagliato e me li restituisce in malo modo. Pensate che sia finita qui? No! Perché nel frattempo che io ero alla cassa per farmi ridare il resto corretto, la mia amica si fa un giro nel negozio e scopre che anche le altre lanterne esposte erano tutte danneggiate come quella che lei incidentalmente aveva fatto cadere poco prima. Dopo una discussione un po' animata, la responsabile mi ha restituito tutta la somma versata per la lanterna, lanciandola sul bancone, senza nessuna scusa per l'episodio accaduto. Detto ciò mi rivolgo ai responsabili di Kasanova, non assumete personale non tecnicamente professionale perché sicuramente da un messaggio negativo alla vostra splendida azienda . D	Daniele Fortunato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una scopa elettrica Kasanova appena giunti a casa dopo averla sconfezionata mi sono accorto che mancava un pezzo che era fondamentale x la ricarica, chiamo al negozio e mi dicono di riportare tutto che controllano dopo la verifica mi fanno il pezzo che mancava prendendolo da un'altra confezionata, la porto a casa la metto sotto carica come da istruzioni x 8 ore e dopo averla provata non funzionava la riporto al negozio e non la volevano sostituire ma mi dovevo rivolgere al centro assistenza io mi oppongo e allora mi propongono un buono acquisto che io rifiuto e chiamo la guardia di finanza dove mi dice che mi devono restituire i soldi e che se non lo avessero fatto sarebbe intervenuta una volante a quel punto hanno deciso di darmi i soldi. Sono rimasto deluso come un'azienda come kasanova possa fare queste cose e se io non fossi stato così insistente non avrei ottenuto i soldi indietro per un prodotto difettoso.
