Inoltre sono anche stati poco rispettosi, prendendomi per pazza perché sono andata lì con delle informazioni sbagliate, fornitemi da altri loro colleghi di un'altra sede. Sinceramente, sono molto delusa dalla Tim. They made me wait a bit, even though there was an empty shop, because 4 of them had to deal with a problem that they had with their colleagues from another location. In addition, they were also disrespectful, taking me crazy because I went there with the wrong information, given to me by their other colleagues from another location. Ho trovato ragazzi seri, attenti, precisi e davvero professionali e che sin dal momento che sono entrato mi hanno accolto col sorriso e mi hanno fatto sentire come un pascià spiegandomi tutto con estrema precisione e correttezza. Vengo da una brutta esperienza con la Vodafone che mi ha aumentato la fibra di casa dopo neanche 8 mesi e lo staff del negozio dove mi sono rivolto per chiedere conto e ragione dell' aumento non ha saputo far altro che prendermi praticamente a pesci in faccia con grande scortesia e maleducazione. Niente a che vedere con lo STAFF di questo negozio che si trova ad appena 200 metri da quelli della Vodafone che meriterebbero di essere CHIUSI e licenziati in tronco perché cosi fanno scappare i clienti, come appunto sono scappato io stesso. Ma meglio cosí, altrimenti non avrei potuto conoscere questi ragazzi!!!! Consiglio a tutti, quindi, di venire in questo negozio TIM sito in Via Marchese di Villabianca 25 a Palermo e dove troverete competenza e soprattutto cortesia ed affabilità !!! Impeccable, clean, welcoming environment. I found serious, attentive, precise and really professional guys who, from the moment I entered, welcomed me with a smile and made me feel like a pasha, explaining everything with extreme precision and correctness. I come from a bad experience with Vodafone which has increased my home fiber after less than 8 months and the staff of the shop where I turned to ask for an account and the reason for the increase has not been able to do anything but take me practically fish in the face with great discourtesy and rudeness. Nothing to do with the STAFF of this shop which is located just 200 meters from those of Vodafone that would deserve to be CLOSED and fired in the trunk because they make customers run away, just as I ran away myself. But better this way, otherwise I could not have known these guys !!!!
