I've been asking for information. They weren't able to solve the problem for me, I had to close a data line and they weren't able to do this either, diverting me to another shop in via liberty where in an instant they canceled me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avete risposto ad un'altro utente che uno dei collaboratori ha detto di contattare il 159 non per mancanza di volontà ma perché riguarda una problematica non gestibile in negozio non è affatto vero!!!.....anche io sono stata indirizzata da parte del servizio clienti 159 a recarmi da voi per inviare una richiesta di cambio tariffa e mi è stato risposto di chiamare il 159!!! Quindi presumo che siete solo disponibili per vendite e non per assistenza!!!
Il centro Wind di via Ausonia mi ha risolto subito il problema!!!!

PS l'unico vostro punto di forza sono le buffonate che scrivete,eravamo in tre ed abbiamo sentito molto bene!!!
You answered another user that one of the collaborators said to contact 159 not out of lack of will but because it concerns a problem that cannot be managed in the shop is not true at all !!! ..... I was also addressed by from customer service 159 to go to you to send a request for a rate change and I was told to call 159 !!! So I assume you are only available for sales and not for assistance !!!
The Wind center in via Ausonia solved the problem immediately !!!!
