I got to know Infograf through Amazon, where I was impressed by the enthusiastic customer reviews. I can confirm that Infograf fully deserves 5 stars and praise. Being an online customer, I thought I was penalized a little on the assistance side. I was wrong: they were helpful, very kind and went out of their way to remotely solve the problem of my laptop. Impeccable service from every point of view, professional and human. I know I can count on them and trust is priceless for me.

Poi si lamentano perché compriamo on line Ecco uno dei tanti motivi, o ti fai rubare i soldi o compri on line. Bastava semplicemente dire mi dispiace non vendiamo ventole per dissipatore, tutto il resto è fuori luogo. I call for a heatsink fan first he asks me for the model and then he tells me he doesn't sell heatsink fans, and in the end he tells me to buy a heatsink, (absurd). Then they complain because we buy online Here is one of the many reasons, either you get your money stolen or you buy online. It was enough to simply say sorry we don't sell heatsink fans, everything else is out of place.

Affidato ad altri tecnici, mi hanno risolto il problema con la semplice sostituzione del connettore micro USB. Da una ditta che si vanta di essere al top della efficienza non me lo sarei mai aspettato. Senza parole? Completely negative experience. After holding my tablet for a month and a half, I was told that within 10 days they would tell me if it could be repaired or not, only after two phone calls from me, they tell me the impossibility to repair it. Entrusted to other technicians, they solved the problem by simply replacing the micro USB connector. I would never have expected this from a company that prides itself on being at the top of efficiency. Without words?
