★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio la Switch sabato alle 10 per un problema di alimentazione, la ritiro perfettamente funzionante dopo 2 ore: qualità, cortesia e precisione. Che dire? Da un lato spero di non tornarci (vuol dire che tutte le mie apparecchiature funzionano!!) dall'altro so di sicuro dove andare se dovessi avere altri problemi!!
I leave the Switch on Saturday at 10 o'clock due to a power problem, I collect it in perfect working order after 2 hours: quality, courtesy and precision. What to say? On the one hand I hope not to go back (it means that all my equipment works !!) on the other hand I know for sure where to go if I have other problems !!

Sono stato in questo negozio/centro assistenza per far riparare 3 joystick Ps4 guasti (ognuno dei quali presentava un diverso tipo di problematica).
Dopo un prima verifica dei problemi segnalati il tecnico si è subito messo a lavoro e nel giro di 40 minuti mi ha restituito i tre controller nuovamente funzionanti. Oltre alla rapidità va premiata la professionalità con la quale il tecnico ha operato, mostrandomi di volta in volta le componenti guaste e i pezzi di ricambio utilizzati e l'onestà con la quale l'operatore al banco suggeriva o meno ai clienti giunti lungo la mia permanenza di riparare o meno un articolo andando così incontro agli interessi della clientela.
Soddisfattissimo!
Three words PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY and SPEED.
I have been to this shop / service center to have 3 broken Ps4 joysticks repaired (each of which had a different type of problem).
After a first check of the reported problems, the technician immediately went to work and within 40 minutes he returned the three controllers working again. In addition to the speed, the professionalism with which the technician worked must be rewarded, showing me from time to time the faulty components and the spare parts used and the honesty with which the operator at the counter suggested whether or not to the customers who came along my stay to repair or not an item thus meeting the interests of customers.
Very satisfied!

Un piccolo negozio attento ad ascoltare le mie esigenze, non come la grande distribuzione fredda e distaccata lontana da chi porta soldi.
