Consulenza poco onesta da parte della commessa, dicendoci che il prodotto era in promozione ma in realtà era al prezzo pieno.
Quando ci siamo tornati qualche giorno dopo per cambiarlo, un'altra commessa ha rifiutato di farlo anche se era intatto nella confezione originale, con la scusa che non si poteva cambiare un prodotto accessorio!
Bad service
Not very honest advice from the saleswoman, telling us that the product was in promotion but in reality it was at full price.
When we returned a few days later to exchange it, another saleswoman refused to do so even though it was intact in the original packaging, with the excuse that an accessory product could not be exchanged!

Ho acquistato un accappatoio colorato che lavandolo, fortunatamente da solo con carta acchiappacolore, ha rilasciato colore intenso per ben tre lavaggi
La commessa e il titolare hanno attribuito le responsabilità al detersivo usato (per la commessa non andava bene nessun detersivo) impartendo lezioni di lavaggio anche con aceto o solo con acqua.....ancora aspetto la telefonata del titolare che avrebbe dovuto cambiare il prodotto perché è in garanzia.
Poca serietà.
Difficilmente in futuro comprerò prodotti Bassetti e sicuramente no in questo negozio

I bought a colored bathrobe which, luckily alone with color-catcher paper, released intense color for three washes
The saleswoman and the owner have attributed the responsibilities to the detergent used (no detergent was good for the job) by giving washing lessons even with vinegar or only with water ..... I am still waiting for the phone call from the owner who should have changed the product because it is under warranty.
Little seriousness.
I will hardly buy Bassetti products in the future and certainly not in this shop
