Inoltre, piuttosto che dire di non avere l'articolo richiesto nella misura richiesta, propone al cliente ciò che non va bene approfittando di un momento di distrazione (dovevo acquistare un accappatoio S, mi ha rifilato una XL, unica taglia disponibile, approfittando della mia distrazione mentre guardavo altra merce). Peraltro, ottenere il cambio non è semplice perché, prima di farlo, vengono proposti tutta una serie di prodotti completamente distanti dalla fascia di prezzo richiesta. Assistite da due altrettanto splendide collaboratrici Santina e Naomi nonché dalla figlia di Rosalba Chiara che si occupa delle pubblicazioni sui social, hanno creato un team gentile e fortemente propositivo al quale una volta conosciuto, difficilmente ci si può staccare. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio.
