★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Dopo 4 giorni dalla stipula del contratto di migrazione da altro operatore non riesco a parlare (chiamate bloccate). 4 chiamate al call center. Ciascuno degli operatori (tutti ragazzi carini e disponibili, ma evidentemente poco competenti) mi dà una diversa indicazione. L'ultimo: "si rechi al Corner Iliad più vicino" (appunto). L'addetto è in pausa pranzo da oltre un'ora e resto ad aspettare anche se il sito riporta che dovrebbe essere aperto. Alla fine, l'altro addetto si presenta. Fa gli stessi tentativi che avevo già fatto e mi rimbalza presso il negozio di Piazza Verdi. Iliad ? No, grazie.
Bad service. After 4 days of signing the migration contract from another operator, I cannot speak (calls blocked). 4 calls to the call center. Each of the operators (all nice and helpful guys, but obviously not very competent) gives me a different indication. The last: "go to the nearest Corner Iliad" (in fact). The attendant has been on a lunch break for over an hour and I am waiting even though the site reports that it should be open. Eventually, the other attendant introduces himself. He makes the same attempts I had already made and bounces me at the shop in Piazza Verdi. Iliad? No thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza di Michele e la sua disponibilità sono limitate al solo scopo di "accalappiare" il cliente.
Sono tornata il giorno successivo per capire perché non avevo linea, visto che mi era stato garantito che con la portabilità avrei avuto la linea un un paio d'ore (ancora dopo 6 giorni non ho la linea attiva), e dopo aver spiegato che dovevo dare altro documento, si è dissolto nel nulla, senza neanche salutare, perché era finito il suo turno di lavoro! La collega che lo sostituiva è stata ai limiti del', educazione, ma almeno mi ha spiegato che per la portabilità ci volevano 48 ore lavorative!!
Ad oggi, dopo 6 giorni, non ho ancora la linea attiva!!!
COMINCIAMO VERAMENTE MALE!

Michele's kindness and his availability are limited to the sole purpose of "hooking" the customer.
I went back the next day to understand why I had no line, since I was guaranteed that with the portability I would have the line for a couple of hours (still after 6 days I don't have an active line), and after explaining that I had to giving another document, he dissolved into nothingness, without even saying goodbye, because his work shift was over! The colleague who replaced him was on the verge of ', education, but at least he explained to me that for portability it took 48 working hours !!
To date, after 6 days, I still don't have an active line !!!
LET'S START REALLY BAD!
