★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso provare a chiamare più volte i giorni differenti senza nessuna risposta alla fine hanno deciso di mettere il telefono fuori posto!!! Se avessi potuto dare 0 stelle lo avrei fatto. Non sono l’unico a non essermi potuto mettere il contatto con il vostro staff! Quindi non datemi come risposta “folla di clientela; problemi telefonici” semplicemente incompetenti nel settore. Cordiali saluti!
Shameful to try to call several times on different days without any answer in the end they decided to put the phone out of place !!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have done it. I'm not the only one who hasn't been able to get in touch with your staff! So don't give me “crowd of customers; telephone problems ”simply incompetent in the sector. Sincerely!

Ho prenotato un gioco, ovvero il nuovo Gran Turismo 7, il ragazzo mi disse che occorreva anticipare 10€ di acconto e mi disse che una volta arrivato avrei dovuto saldare il conto con 20€ + 1 gioco PS4 qualsiasi per ricevere questo gioco nuovo, grazie all'offerta promozionale, Quindi totale 30€ + Project cars 2 " infatti dissi al ragazzo, ma in pratica devo solo 30€ in totale più 1 gioco a mia scelta ?" Mi risponde Si ! Si! Aggiungendo che se avessi voluto potevo in ogni caso annullate la prenotazione in qualsiasi momento etc etc..

Arrivato il giorno del ritiro vado al punto vendita, ma quel ragazzo non c'era ed al suo posto ho trovato un'altro ragazzo, che mi dice non poteva darmi il gioco alle condizioni dette dal suo collega perché stavo pagando solo 30 euro più project cars 2... insomma mettete quelle testoline in comune accordo e non fate perdere tempo alla gente
