★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio bellissimo, bella merce, commessi gentili ma in parte, è già la terza volta ke riscontro lo stesso identico problema. Faccio un ordine in negozio, mi viene detto che dato ke x il ritiro salgo appositamente da trapani di chiamare e dato ke nn è merce ingombrante chiedere di farmi trovare la merce, ovviamente x dare del tempo non chiamo 5minuti prima d arrivare almeno il giorno prima o mezza giornata prima. Ebbene fino a ieri kiamo 2 volte x sapere se era possibile fare il ritiro entro la chiusura o stamattina, alla seconda telefonata mi viene detto dalla commessa si la merce è in cassa. Stamattina in cassa non c'era proprio un bel niente, e quasi ho dovuto avere un battibecco con altro commesso ke nn sapeva nulla xke la collega di ieri nn aveva lasciato nessun promemoria. Alla fine ha capito la situazione ed è stato gentile... A sto punto la prossima volta se c'è già in negozio la merce bene altrimenti la comprerò altrove, xke una volta può capitare ma sempre la stessa storia mi sn seccata...scegliete e selezionate bene il personale e soprattutto kiarezza nelle cose, nn fate discorsi fiacchi. Xke la gente non stampa kilometri a gratis e nemmeno ha tempo da perdere.

This morning there was really nothing in the cashier, and I almost had to have a quarrel with another clerk ke nn knew nothing xke yesterday's colleague nn had left no memo. In the end he understood the situation and was kind ... I'm at point next time if the goods are already in the shop, otherwise I will buy them elsewhere, xke once it can happen but always the same story annoys me ... choose and select well the staff and above all clearness in things, do not make weak speeches. Xke people don't print miles for free and don't even have time to waste.
