This is my first experience with an Australian Shepherd puppy, and being inexperienced I found at the zooservice so much kindness, great availability and help .. they advise me on everything and help me understand many things I did not know, given my inexperience! Thanks! really to everyone .. but especially to a girl with black curly hair, I don't know her name, but her sweetness and professionalism made me become a regular and registered customer??? thank you aunts really !!

Capisco che avranno molte cose da fare ma l'attenzione verso il cliente è priorità a tutto il resto! Quindi accoglienza, saluto, sorriso, e ascolto..... Well-stocked competent staff, the only flaw that they convey the rush to escape while you ask for info ... I understand that they will have many things to do but attention to the customer is priority over everything else! So welcome, greet, smile, and listen .....

Metto solo 4 stelle anche se volevo mettere 5, ma la ragazza che consiglia la vendita dei pesci scalari (Pesce Angelo!) dovrebbe studiare di più e sapere che i pesci comprati da voi mi hanno mangiato tutti i pesciolini del mio acquario!! Comunque ogni volta che vado lì, galleggia almeno un pesciolino morto nei acquari! Non comprerò più nemmeno un pesce di lì ? Hi .. Well-stocked shop and kind staff. I only put 4 stars even if I wanted to put 5, but the girl who recommends the sale of scalar fish (Angelfish!) Should study more and know that the fish you bought ate all the fish in my aquarium !! Anyway every time I go there, at least one dead fish floats in the aquariums! I will never buy a fish from there again ?

Ci ritorno per altra tartaruga, un'altra persona mi consiglia prodotti che il primo non mi ha dato e mangime diverso da quello acquistato in quel momento confuso ?. Ieri vado a vedere i pesci da acquistare guardoni pesci rossi e buona parte morti la commessa sgarbata si avvicina e ci dice che i pesci rossi sono da esposizione noi super confusi. Vergogna 2 weeks ago I bought 2 goldfish and 1 turtle they give me what is necessary to keep them. I return there for another turtle, another person recommends products that the first one did not give me and feed other than the one purchased at that confused moment ?. Yesterday I go to see the fish to buy goldfish voyeurs and most of them dead the rude saleswoman approaches and tells us that the goldfish are super confused for us to display. Shame

Per me è importantissimo il servizio verso il cliente. A mio avviso il cliente nn può essere lasciato solo ma deve essere accompagnato durante tutto il processo di vendita. Così come è risulta essere un supermercato...e a mio avviso i supermercati sono freddi...nn si instaura nessun rapporto cn il cliente.
