Quando a ottobre nell'anno scorso ho comprato una cucina, una stanza per ragazzi ed un letto contenitore matrimoniale, tutto sorrisi, cortesia e disponibilità. A marzo 2020 i mobili hanno avuto alcuni piccoli problemi (uno sportello non si riesce ad aprire, un cassetto del comodino è rimasto bloccato e la spalliera del letto si è allentata ed altro). A causa del Covid 19 non sono potuto andare subito, ma a metà giugno finalmente mi sono recato con mia figlia presso il negozio di Via Norvegia; stavolta però il sig. Siciliano mi ha ascoltato quasi infastidito e ha concluso che avrebbe mandato, quanto prima, un operaio per un controllo. Sono passati quattro mesi e non si è visto, né sentito nessuno; mi domando che figura ci faccia la ditta Abitare, che io ho sempre conosciuto per la sua serietà. In March 2020 the furniture had some small problems (a door cannot be opened, a bedside drawer got stuck and the headboard of the bed came loose and more). Due to Covid 19 I was unable to go immediately, but in mid-June I finally went with my daughter to the shop in Via Norway; this time, however, Mr. Siciliano listened to me almost annoyed and concluded that he would send a worker for a check as soon as possible. Four months have passed and no one has been seen or heard from; I wonder what the Abitare company looks like, which I have always known for its seriousness.

Mobile consegnato completamente distrutto il 2 maggio 2017, ancora oggi, 08 giugno 2021, aspettiamo un risarcimento... aspetta e spera! Complimenti per la serietà HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED if it was possible to make a review with less than a star we would do it ... D	DOTV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Luglio attendo ancora la componente mancante del tavolo e la componente del letto che nel momento del montaggio gli operai mi hanno lacerato. In tutto questo due mesi fa mi è caduto quasi addosso il carrello dell'anta scorrevole dell'armadio. Lo sono venuti a riparare ma chiaramente l'anta va cambiata in quanto compromessa e danneggiata. Inutile sottolineare che sono passati due mesi e ancora aspetto a loro. Ogni volta che li chiamo vengo preso in giro con frasi del tipo "si a breve arriva tutto, questione di giorni, domani la chiamo e fissiamo l'appuntamento", peccato che non vengo mai richiamato. Morale della favola: dopo quasi 6 mesi ho pagato tutto subito ma ancora ho un letto con un bel buco, un tavolo senza viti e un'anta che ogni volta che la apro prego non mi cadi in testa. Luciano che ci ha accompagnato con estrema cortesia in tutte le fasi di acquisto e il Sig. Costantino che ci ha aiutato ha progettare la nostra prima e bellissima cucina. Parto a raccontare dal principio. 9 dicembre 2020 ordiniamo una madia per il salone, molto semplice e bicolore. Madia che arriva a casa nostra dopo due mesi, il 4 febbraio 2021. Va bene che c'era la zona rossa causa covid e quindi chiudiamo un occhio... Ma top e una delle due ante, arrivano difettate e gli ammortizzatori delle due ante e dei tre cassetti, invece sono mancanti. Il 2 aprile 2021 ritornano i trasportatori, anta ok, ma il top arriva di colore sbagliato! Gli ammortizzatori continuano a mancare! Non sto a dire quante telefonate abbiamo fatto io e mio marito per sapere questo top di madia che fine avesse fatto. Ci dicevano sempre che il top era arrivato in azienda, ma che avrebbero spacchettato il collo prima della consegna per non fare brutta figura. Bene, ci hanno impiegato un mese per aprire il pacco! Perché il top del colore giusto è arrivato il 28 maggio 2021. E indovinate cosa manca ancora? GLI AMMORTIZZATORI!!! Non è un problema acquistarli noi gli amministratori, visto che comunque costano una manciata di euro, non è nemmeno per le 500€ di madia (che tra l'altro è talmente semplice e nemmeno chissà quanto grande, anche il prezzo mi sembra esagerato, ma è stata una nostra decisione acquistarla da loro e quindi ok) ma di certo non ritorneremo da loro per acquistare altri mobili per la nostra casa. Hanno perso dei clienti e sicuramente non è un negozio che consiglierei! A mai più, sia al negozio che al venditore! BAD experience! If I could put zero stars I would! It's okay that there was the red zone due to covid and so let's turn a blind eye ... But the top and one of the two doors arrive defective and the shock absorbers of the two doors and of the three drawers, however, are missing. On April 2, 2021 the transporters return, door ok, but the top arrives in the wrong color! The shock absorbers are still missing! I'm not saying how many phone calls my husband and I made to find out what happened to this top of the cupboard. They always told us that the top had arrived at the company, but that they would unpack the neck before delivery so as not to make a bad impression. Well, it took them a month to open the package! Because the top of the right color arrived on May 28, 2021. And guess what's still missing? THE SHOCK ABSORBERS !!! It is not a problem to buy them the administrators, since they still cost a handful of euros, it is not even for the 500 € of the cupboard (which by the way is so simple and not even who knows how big, even the price seems exaggerated to me, but it was our decision to buy it from them and then ok) but we certainly won't go back to them to buy more furniture for our home. They've lost customers and it's definitely not a shop I would recommend! A never again, both to the shop and to the seller!

Valentina è stata professionale ma allo stesso tempo ha dispensato dei consigli come una vera amica in linea con le nostre richieste di gusto ed economiche. Montaggio e consegne impeccabili nella professionalità e nei tempi consiglio a chiunque di acquistare da loro. Voto 10 + e grazie ancora al team Abitare. We bought the equipped wall, the cupboard, the sofa, the table and chairs, the bedroom, in short, a whole house. Valentina was professional but at the same time she dispensed advice like a true friend in line with our taste and economic requests.
