Mi hanno montato un pezzo di seconda mano senza avvisarmi che non avrebbero garantito nulla in caso di malfunzionamento. E dopo soli 3 mesi mi trovo con un problema allo schermo e 200 euro spese. Nessun aiuto quando sono andato da loro, anzi totale menefreghismo. Assolutamente da evitare. Bad. Non-existent after-sales assistance. They mounted a second-hand piece for me without warning me that they would not guarantee anything in case of malfunction. And after only 3 months I find myself with a screen problem and 200 euros expenses. No help when I went to them, indeed total indifference. Absolutely to be avoided.
L	Leonardo Maria Mingari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto zero stelle solo perché il minimo è 1; sono andato per riparare uno schermo rotto, ci sono tornato 3 volte nelle quali mi hanno smontato il telefono ogni volta; premesso che il sensore di prossimità del telefono funzionava prima di andarci, da quando me lo hanno “riparato” non funzionava più, ci sono tornato per la 4 volta esponendo il problema è sottolineando che prima della riparazione funzionava, lo hanno “ri-riparato” e dopo tre giorni il sensore di prossimità era nuovamente fuori uso; in conclusione sto andando a farlo riparare in un altro posto pagando nuovamente.. non sono solito fare recensioni negative ma questa volta non ho potuto fare a meno, poco professionali. 26-06-18 AGGIORNAMENTO RECENZIONE: oggi ho ritirato il telefono, il ragazzo che lavora in questo centro assistenza mi ha detto che IREPAIR ha fatto un lavoro pessimo al telefono, mancavano viti all’interno (per questo il sensore di prossimità non funziona) inoltre mancavano delle componenti al display; mi dispiace dirlo ma siete stati davvero scorretti .. mi avete rubato 170€ senza risolvere il problema, siete da denuncia I don't put zero stars just because the minimum is 1; i went to fix a broken screen, i went back 3 times where they took my phone apart every time; given that the proximity sensor of the phone worked before going there, since they "repaired" it no longer worked, I went back for the 4th time exposing the problem and pointing out that before the repair it worked, they "re-repaired" it and after three days the proximity sensor was again out of order; in conclusion i am going to get it repaired in another place paying again .. i don't usually do bad reviews but this time i couldn't help it, unprofessional. 26-06-18 REVIEW UPDATE: today I picked up the phone, the guy who works in this service center told me that IREPAIR did a bad job on the phone, there were no screws inside (which is why the proximity sensor does not work) and some components were missing from the display; I'm sorry to say but you were really unfair .. you stole 170 € without solving the problem, you are a complaint
M	Mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei voluto lasciare recensioni negative ma, penso sia corretto raccontare questa esperienza. Abbiamo portato un iPhone per una riparazione, lo stesso giorno riscontriamo problemi con l'audio, lo facciamo presente e da lì mi è stato consegnato per ben 4 altre volte apparentemente riparato. Una volta il touch malfunzionante, poi il sensore di prossimità e fotocamera non funzionante (giustificatomi "per errore abbiamo montato come ricambio il prezzo guasto di un altro cliente"), poi il display. A quel punto, stufi, li contattiamo per l'ennesima volta dicendo che non l'avremmo portato per la 6 volta e non riceviamo risposta. Pensando che non fosse riparabile ho comprato un nuovo cellulare, levando di mezzo quello, ma, trovando dei tutorial, decido di tentare una riparazione “fai da te” comprando su Amazon un LCD con touch. Ho recuperato perfettamente l'iPhone in un'ora. A questo punto posso giustificare il servizio prestatomi solo con: utilizzo di ricambi scadenti e/o riciclati; incapacità nonostante la volontà e i tentativi. Prezzo speso da iRepair 40€ spesi su amazon 18€. Grazie a questa esperienza ho imparato a ripararlo. Consiglio i tutorial e un buon prodotto di Amazon. P.S. Mi hanno perso una vite interna, un'altra era dispersa all'interno del telefono e mi hanno allentato la chiusura del display tanto che ora si apre senza bisogno di ventosa o altro I would not have wanted to leave negative reviews but, I think it is correct to tell this experience. We brought an iPhone for a repair, the same day we encounter problems with the audio, we mention it and from there it was delivered to me for 4 other times apparently repaired. Once the malfunctioning touch, then the proximity sensor and non-working camera (justified "by mistake we mounted another customer's broken price as a spare"), then the display. At that point, fed up, we contact them for the umpteenth time saying that we would not bring it for the 6th time and we do not receive an answer. Thinking that it was not repairable, I bought a new cell phone, getting rid of that one, but, finding some tutorials, I decide to try a "do it yourself" repair by buying an LCD with touch on Amazon. I recovered the iPhone perfectly in an hour. At this point I can justify the service provided to me only with: use of poor and / or recycled spare parts; inability despite the will and attempts. Price spent by iRepair € 40 spent on amazon € 18. Thanks to this experience I learned how to repair it. I recommend the tutorials and a good product from Amazon. P.S. I lost an internal screw, another was missing inside the phone and they loosened the closure of the display so that it now opens without the need for a suction cup or anything else
