★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio tablet Samsung per là sostituzione del vetro che era rotto ho trovato professionalità e cortesia e prezzi onesti , mio nipote è rimasto contento perché il tablet era un regalo e si era rotto il vetro dopo poco tempo , li consiglio!!!
I took my Samsung tablet to replace the broken glass, I found professionalism and courtesy and honest prices, my nephew was happy because the tablet was a gift and the glass broke after a short time, I recommend them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio pc a riparare che aveva un problema hardware , una volta entrato nello store sono stato ben accolto dal personale ovviamente nel rispetto delle leggi anti covid , dopo la diagnostica il pc aveva una ram andata e mi è stata sostituita in breve tempo e a un prezzo onesto li consiglio vivamente anche per riparazioni di smartphone o accessori.
I took my pc to repair it had a hardware problem, once I entered the store I was well received by the staff obviously in compliance with the anti covid laws, after the diagnostics the pc had a ram gone and it was replaced in a short time and an honest price I highly recommend them also for smartphone repairs or accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono distrutto. Non erano autorizzati ad effettuare un lavoro di montaggio e mi hanno rotto l'antenna. L'ho dovuto portare da Cicala che me l'ha riportato a nuovo tra l'altro facendomelo rientrare in garanzia
Telephone destroyed. They weren't allowed to do any mounting work and they broke my antenna. I had to bring it to Cicala who brought it back to me, among other things, making it covered by the warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio huawei y5 perché era impallatissimo, ho trovato subito cortesia e professionalità con pochi euro in giornata hanno risolto il problema facendo un backup dati e il ripristino del telefono in più ho fatto applicare la pellicola allo schermo che risulta essere di buona fattura, li consiglio.
I brought my huawei y5 because it was very impallatissimo, I immediately found courtesy and professionalism with a few euros in the day they solved the problem by making a data backup and restoring the phone in addition I had the film applied to the screen which turns out to be well made, I recommend them.

Ho portato il mio tablet per via del SOLO schermo rotto (non aveva nessun altro problema) ma mi è stato restituito con un problema all'audio. L'ho prontamente riportato al negozio, dove l'impiegato ha insistito col dire che ciò era dovuto a un precedente guasto all'audio e non per via di qualcosa provocato da loro.
Il mio tablet funzionava perfettamente prima di metterlo nelle loro mani, invece me l'hanno restituito con un altro problema facendosi pagare ulteriormente. Ciò che realmente meritavano era di non avere neanche un euro in più dalla sottoscritta.
Esperienza negativa da non ripetere. Quindi, se non volete pagare per danni creati da loro, ANDATE ALTROVE!!!!
Not at all recommended: absence of professionalism.
I brought my tablet because of the ONLY broken screen (it had no other problem) but it was returned to me with an audio problem. I promptly brought it back to the store, where the clerk insisted that it was due to a previous audio breakdown and not because of something caused by them.
My tablet worked perfectly before I put it in their hands, instead they returned it to me with another problem by getting paid further. What they really deserved was not to have even one euro more from me.
Negative experience not to be repeated. So if you don't want to pay for damages created by them, GO ELSEWHERE !!!!
