★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scrivo questa recensione per lamentare poca professionalità del negozio. qualche settimana fa mi sono recato in negozio per sostituire lo schermo del mio iPhone 6s. Dopo qualche ora il telefono si spegneva autonomamente. Mi sono recato nuovamente al negozio dove mi è stato detto che era legato a un problema di batteria che si era piegata a causa del vecchio schermo e che era da sostituire, costo totale 70. Noto da qualche giorno nuovamente questo spegnimento anomalo che non accadeva prima e facendo presente al proprietario il fatto, mi è stato detto che era un problema di scheda madre. Da quando ho ritirato il telefono è un continuo spegnersi senza aver risolto nulla, avrò il telefono con schermo e batteria sostituiti ma che si spegne autonomamente a causa di non si sa chi o cosa. Non tornerò mai più.
 I am writing this review to complain about the shop's lack of professionalism. a few weeks ago I went to the store to replace my iPhone 6s screen. After a few hours the phone turned off by itself. I went back to the shop where I was told that it was related to a battery problem that had bent due to the old screen and had to be replaced, total cost 70. I have been seeing this abnormal shutdown again for a few days which did not happen before. and pointing this out to the owner, I was told it was a motherboard problem. Since I picked up the phone it is a continuous shutdown without having solved anything, I will have the phone with the screen and battery replaced but that turns off autonomously due to not knowing who or what. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il momento valuto una stella perché per più di un mese il cellulare è in "riparazione"e non sono riusciti a riparare il cellulare, già portato a riparare in passato, sempre da loro, ma a quanto pare non era stato risolto il problema. Comunque dovrò portarlo successivamente, in attesa di un componente mancante in laboratorio. Sono fiducioso che riusciranno a riparare e risolvere il mio problema e allora metterò 5 stelle ... Per il momento il cellulare rimarrà spento!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNA 60 euro buttati nella pattumiera. Vergogna "il problema è della batteria " cosa che io ho fatto cambiare il display e dopo un 4 giorni dalla riparazione del display , vuol dire si era LETTERALMENTE STACCATO dicendomi che il problema era la batteria che si era gonfiata . Cioè loro volevano altri 60 euro per rimettere un'altro display. E io dovevo spendere altri 60 euro per una riparazione fatta più che MALE . SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE ANDATE DA CICALA ALMENO LORO TI DANNO LA QUALITÀ E LA GARANZIA .
SHAME 60 euros thrown in the dustbin. Shame "the problem is the battery" which I did change the display and after 4 days from the repair of the display, it means it was LITERALLY DISCONNECTED telling me that the problem was the battery that was swollen. That is, they wanted another 60 euros to put another display back. And I had to spend another 60 euros for a more than BAD repair. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND GO TO CICALA AT LEAST THEY GIVE YOU THE QUALITY AND THE GUARANTEE.

Mi hanno cambiato lo schermo tutto spezzato che aveva le macchie neri , in 20 min. Veloci, gentili, buoni, sorridenti! Vi ringrazio ragazzi del vostro aiuto! Siete bravissime persone e con buon cuore !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato questo centro di riparazione per smartphone perchè il mio Iphone 11 aveva riportato dei danni allo schermo. Sono stata accolta presso il loro centro prontamente e con cordialità, spiegandomi tutta la procedura. Mi hanno riparato lo schermo in circa 15-20 min, e il telefono è tornato come nuovo... in più ho fatto installare il kit fall-out per proteggere di più il mio cellulare. Sono stati disponibili, cordiali e professionali! Li consiglio vivamente!!!
I contacted this smartphone repair center because my Iphone 11 had suffered damage to the screen. I was greeted at their center promptly and cordially, explaining the whole procedure to me. They fixed my screen in about 15-20 min, and the phone was as good as new ... plus I had the fall-out kit installed to protect my phone more. They were helpful, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them !!!
