★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno avuto la capacità di riparare uno smartphone caduto nell'acqua di cottura della pasta in un giorno e con un prezzo più basso rispetto a tre centri assistenza consultati precedentemente. I ragazzi presenti in questo negozio sono gentili, cortesi, disponibili e sempre con un sorriso nonostante il flusso continuo di persone. Ho già consigliato il negozio a tre ragazze e sono rimaste tutte soddisfatte da prezzi e rapidità del servizio. Un ottimo team. Complimenti !
 They had the ability to repair a smartphone fallen into the water to cook the pasta in a day and with a lower price compared to three service centers consulted previously. The guys in this store are friendly, courteous, helpful and always with a smile despite the constant flow of people. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito ha portato a riparare un pc con hard disk rotto, gli hanno detto che mi avrebberro contattato entro due giorni per darmi una diagnosi ed un preventivo. dopo quattro giorni ho chiamato, e mi continuavano a rispondere che non avevano ancora controllato. ho quindi risposto che a quel punto avrei preferrito riprendermi il computer per portarlo da un altra parte. sono andata a riprenderlo e nell'altro centro in cui l'ho portato mi hanno detto che il cavo del flatpad (che sino alla rottura funzionava perfettamente) era danneggiato (il computer non era mai stato aperto da nessun altro prima dello staff della bottega), e mancavano alcune viti all'interno. sinceramente non so cosa abbiano fatto con il mio computer, ma non mi sembra che si siano comportati in maniera alcunchè professionale.
My husband took a pc with a broken hard drive to be repaired, they told him that he would contact me within two days to give me a diagnosis and a quote. after four days I called, and they kept replying that they hadn't checked yet. I then replied that at that point I would have preferred to take the computer back and take it somewhere else. I went to pick it up and in the other center where I took it they told me that the flatpad cable (which worked perfectly until it broke) was damaged (the computer had never been opened by anyone else before the shop staff) , and some screws were missing inside. I honestly don't know what they did with my computer, but it doesn't seem to me that they behaved in a professional manner.

I know the IT sector well; on the advice of my father I am
went to the TECHNOLOGICAL WORKSHOP to have the thermal paste changed,
I state that this is the second PC that I bring from ABEL, but every time
that professionalism, courtesy and good humor are at home,

Ho portato un iMac che non si accendeva più, mi hanno richiamato dopo qualche ora per avvisarmi che funzionava tutto, avrebbero potuto fregarmi e chiedermi qualsiasi cosa per l'intervento e invece sono stati onesti e pure scrupolosi.
Professionalism, speed and above all honesty!
I brought an iMac that did not turn on anymore, they called me back after a few hours to warn me that everything was working, they could have cheated me and asked me anything for the surgery and instead they were honest and even scrupulous.
