R	Roberto Ruscazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 19:00 mio figlio mi dice che il suo iPhone non si carica più e che ha già provato diversi caricabatterie.Ci mettiamo in macchina e arriviamo alle 19:20 L’impiegato guarda il cellulare e dice che bisogna cambiare il connettore di ricarica, che il costo è di 169€ e che ci vogliono circa20 minuti, ma il tutto si potrà fare lunedì perché sono in chiusura.Mi invita se voglio a lasciare il cellulare ma rispondo che sarei tornato lunedì.E il bello arriva quando tornando verso casa mi fermo al TT store di via San Lorenzo.L’impiegato vede il cellulare e subito mi dice che sembrerebbe che ci sia un pezzo di carta bloccato all’interno del connettore.Torna dopo circa un minuto e il problema è risolto.Non era necessario cambiare il connettore.Vergognatevi di lavorare in questo modo.Peccato che il minimo sia 1 stella….perché non meritate nemmeno quella At 19:00 my son tells me that his iPhone is no longer charging and that he has already tried several chargers. that the cost is € 169 and that it takes about 20 minutes, but everything can be done on Monday because I'm closing. Dopo aver girato più di 4 centri assistenza (nessuno in grado di ripararlo) mi è stato consigliato finalmente Riparo Store. Gli unici ad essere stati in grado di riaccenderlo senza nessuna perdita dei dati. Locale molto accogliente. Ho anche acquistato una bella cover e una pellicola protettiva. V	Vittorio La Rocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ li ho contattati telefonicamente per sapere se avevo possibilità di recuperare un iphone caduto a mare ed ho avuto risposte molto rassicuranti " facciamo una verifica gratuita etc etc" ma quando mi sono presentato di persona l'addetto mi ha comunicato che bisognava fare un lavaggio chimico che avrebbe potuto risolvere il problema ma, per farlo, occorreva pagare 25 euro, cosa che ho fatto e attendere un giorno; il giorno seguente mi viene comunicato che il cellulare si accendeva ma purtroppo scaldava troppo per cui occorreva intervenire e pagare un primo preventivo di circa 60 euro e in caso di altri difetti altri 48 euro ?? ho deciso di ritirare il cell e quando mi è stato consegnato ho provato ad accenderlo ma nulla da fare ho chiesto all'impiegato come mai prima mi avesse detto che si accendeva e invece? risposta dell'impiegato, mentre si arrampicava sugli specchi " sa abbiamo provato una nuova batteria e poi abbiamo rimesso quella sua che non funzionava etc.. etc... mi esimo dal fare commenti : i fatti parlano da soli I contacted them by phone to find out if I had the possibility of recovering an iphone that had fallen into the sea and I had very reassuring answers "let's do a free check etc etc" but when I presented myself in person the employee informed me that it was necessary to do a chemical wash that he could have solved the problem but, to do it, he had to pay 25 euros, which I did and wait a day; the following day I am informed that the cell phone was turned on but unfortunately it was too hot so it was necessary to intervene and pay a first estimate of about 60 euros and in case of other defects another 48 euros?
