Dai consulenti agli insegnati sono tutte persone squisite. Gente molto disponibile nel venire incontro alle tue esigenze personali e lavorative (credetemi io ho avuto diverse difficoltà dal punto di visto lavorativo) e mi sono sempre venuti incontro. Che dire cortesia, gentilezza, disponibilità ma nello stesso tempo professionalità per arrivare ad un obiettivo molto importante: imparare l'inglese come si deve senza annoiarti!!!!! I joined myes in via Libertà and from the first moment I entered I felt perfectly at ease. From consultants to teachers they are all exquisite people. People who are very helpful in meeting your personal and business needs (believe me I have had several difficulties from the point of view of work) and have always met me. What about courtesy, kindness, availability but at the same time professionalism to arrive at a very important goal: to learn English properly without getting bored !!!!!

Il MyES di Palermo viale Libertà non mi ha offerto solo una esperienza scolastica..è andata ben oltre! Tutto lo Staff non ti ospita semplicemente...bensì...ti accoglie! Potrei dire che non si limitano ad insegnare...loro si impegnano con dedizione affinché possano trasmetterti la lingua inglese. Ho frequentato 18 mesi di corso che all'inizio sembravano interminabili ed insormontabili... con una enormità di dubbi e perplessità ma alla fine sono trascorsi in maniera coinvolgente ed ho colmato molte lacune. Oggi mi sento decisamente più sicuro!! Non voglio scrivere una recensione...vorrei offrire un consiglio! Affidatevi alla loro competenza, professionalità e serietà, ne sarete ripagati. Spero di tornare presto a frequentare i loro corsi per ampliare ed approfondire le mie conoscenze linguistiche...magari insieme a mio figlio. Al momento posso solo dedicare a tutti loro, nessuno escluso, un affettuoso e quanto mai doveroso GRAZIE per tutto ciò che hanno fatto per me!! I feel a certain emotion because writing a review on this Institute is in fact reductive. MyES in Palermo viale Libertà didn't just offer me a school experience… it went far beyond! All the staff do not just host you ... but ... welcome you! I could say that they do not just teach ... they are committed to teaching you the English language. I attended 18 months of courses that at the beginning seemed interminable and insurmountable ... with an enormity of doubts and perplexities but in the end they passed in an engaging way and I filled many gaps. Today I feel much safer !! I don't want to write a review ... I'd like to offer advice! Trust in their competence, professionalism and seriousness, you will be rewarded. I hope to return soon to attend their courses to broaden and deepen my language skills ... perhaps with my son. At the moment I can only dedicate to all of them, without exception, an affectionate and very dutiful THANK YOU for everything they have done for me !!

Gli insegnanti, professionali e simpaticissimi, grazie all'utilizzo di un metodo innovativo e dinamico, rendono le lezioni piacevoli, stimolanti e divertenti. Gentilezza, competenza e disponibilità contraddistinguono consulenti e receptionists. La flessibilità delle lezioni permette di organizzarsi compatibilmente ai propri impegni. Sono stata assegnata ad un tutor con il quale mi ha saputo indicare le mie lacune e come superarle.Quando poi, causa covid, ho frequentato le le zioni online ho continuato a ricevere, con mia grande sorpresa, la stessa attenzione. Tutti i professori sono madrelingua, simpatici e molto competenti, ti aiutano e impari che nemmeno te ne accorgi! Tramite le lezioni studi sia la grammatica che contenuti fra i più svariati argomenti del vivere giornaliero e non. Inoltre, cosa secondo me importantissima, impari a superare un certo problema che affligge la maggior parte delle persone: la vergogna! Grazie agli insegnanti infatti superi questo malsano blocco mentale che ti impedisce di parlare liberamente, in poco tempo mi sento infatti molto più sicura di me e anche se sbagli non importa, perché imparo davvero tanto. Assistenza telefonica impeccabile, per qualsiasi cosa, problema o dubbio sono sempre presenti. Insomma, vale la pena investire su se stessi per imparare una lingua e la MyES è la migliore scelta che si possa fare in merito!
