Locale pulito e merce esposta benissimo con una grandissima scelta, sono stato anche nel negozio dell'outlet di Barberino ma, questo ha di gran lunga più scelta! Very kind staff my wife and I have cat literally going crazy a saleswoman with the request of the numbers of more pairs of shoes but, she has always satisfied us with a smile on her lips !! Clean room and goods displayed very well with a huge choice, I was also in the shop of the Barberino outlet but, this has far more choice!

Ho notato un paio di scarpe ed il commesso prontamente mi ha esortato e convinto ad acquistare un altro paio di scarpe dello stesso tipo, colore diverso in promozione del 50 percento. Io ho palesato che essendo un regalo di compleanno necessitavo di uno scontrino affinché si potesse procedere con un cambio. Ora il festeggiato è tornato al negozio per CAMBIARE COLORE di scarpa con uno stesso modello DELLO STESSO VALORE E PREZZO, ma gli è stato impedito di farlo, perché il secondo modello era a detta delle commesse in promozione. Allora, il personale quando decide di fare cassa e di spingere un cliente ad approfittare di una promozione, deve essere chiaro in tutto e per tutto perché altrimenti è UNA MANCANZA DI SERIETÀ ! Poi vorrei dire alla commessa che mi ha risposto a telefono che io non ho mai acquistato da Vans, e che prima di offendermi insinuando che non sa dove io faccio gli acquisti, si ricordi sempre che lei è una commessa SCOSTUMATA nella Reggia outlet.
