mancavano alcune pietre su un cappotto che avevo scelto. Quando ho fatto notare alla commessa che stava alla cassa, che mancavano delle pietre, lei ha preso il cappotto dalle mie mani e lo ha posato al suo posto dicendomi "SE LO VUOLE, SE LO PRENDA COSI' ".
Altroché la cordialità nei confronti dei clienti, qui manca proprio il rispetto, la professionalità e la voglia di lavorare.
Non mi era mai capitato che un/a commesso/a si rivolgesse così ad un cliente.
Poor extreme education of staff:
some stones were missing on a coat I had chosen. When I pointed out to the clerk who was at the cash desk, that there were no stones, she took the coat from my hands and put it in its place saying "IF YOU WANT IT, IF YOU TAKE IT SO".
In addition to the friendliness towards the customers, here is precisely the respect, professionalism and the desire to work.
It had never happened to me that a clerk turned to a client like that.

Mia figlia ha acquistato un jeans nero di 80€ al negozio Francomina alla Reggia quando l’ha indossato la prima volta gli ha tinto tutte le gambe e lo slip di nero. Ma non è questa la cosa grave ma il fatto che ha distanza di meno di un mese quando lo ha indossato la terza volta dopo circa 10 minuti il jeans ha ceduto e si è sgranato tutto (mia figlia non è grossa porta una 40/42). Quando ha contattato il servizio clienti per chiedere la sostituzione di un prodotto palesemente difettoso le hanno risposto che l’unica cosa che potevano fare e mandarle un buono sconto del 10% sull’acquisto di un nuovo capo.
Una risposta vergognosa. MAI PIÙ ACQUISTERÒ un vostro prodotto, jeans acquistati al mercato hanno fatto una riuscita nettamente superiore.
I found myself very badly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. My daughter bought € 80 black jeans from the Francomina shop at the Reggia when she wore it for the first time, she dyed all the legs and bottoms black. But this is not the serious thing but the fact that it is less than a month away when she wore it for the third time after about 10 minutes the jeans gave way and everything fell apart (my daughter is not big she wears a 40/42) . When she contacted customer service to ask for the replacement of a clearly defective product, they replied that the only thing they could do was send her a 10% discount coupon on the purchase of a new garment.
A shameful answer. I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN, jeans purchased at the market have made a much better success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'interno della grande cittadella della moda che risponde al nome di Outlet La Reggia vi è anche questo piccolo negozio di taglio prettamente femminile. Molto simpatiche le commesse, attente e sorridenti. Non si giudicare se ha un campionario valido per le donne,a a sensazione mi sembra proprio di si. Occorre provare per comprendere.
