Qualità e vasta scelta di modelli, la presenza di un sarto in sede e l'estrema cordialità del personale sapranno venire incontro a tutte le vostre esigenze. Siamo stati serviti da Carmine che ringrazio personalmente per il tempo dedicatoci e per i consigli sul modello di smoking, sul colore e sugli accessori: sono stati fondamentali! Consigliatissimi, certamente tornerò a trovarli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono davvero deluso, esperienza negativa. Incapaci nel consigliare il cliente alla scelta giusta. Mi avevano detto che la sarta mi avrebbe fatto le aggiustature e mi ritrovo un vestito con tanti difetti. Mi dispiace ma il cliente deve uscire dal negozio contento della scelta. Devono essere loro i primi a curare l immagine del marchio che hanno e indossare un vestito Ragusa in quelle condizioni è mortificante. Non ne ho fatto una questione si soldi. Ho pagato e avrei pagato anche di più e pretendo un servizio di qualità e che rispetti i soldi che ho cacciato. Bocciati in tutto e sono anche arrabbiato. Mai più Ragusa.
I am really disappointed, bad experience. Unable to advise the customer on the right choice. I was told that the seamstress would have made the adjustments and I find myself a dress with many defects. I'm sorry but the customer has to leave the shop happy with the choice. They must be the first to take care of the brand image they have and wearing a Ragusa dress in those conditions is mortifying. I didn't make it a question of money. I paid and I would have paid even more and I expect a quality service that respects the money I hunted. Failed in everything and I am also angry. No more Ragusa.
