★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude sales personels. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED with how they are treating their customer. I simply asked for non-EU tax return, first all 3 sales personels mentioned that it does not apply to the discounted product. Going through the mall information center, they told the office that their system is not working. We've been asked by the information center to go back to the shop. Sale personel was trying to persuade us that they only do it online and the system is down and they don't know when it will be fixed and cannot contact us when it's fixed cause they DON'T KNOW! I would call it a lie and would have appreciated if they were telling us the truth from the beginning rather than long and loud conversation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small clothing store, salespeople were smiling and helpful but it took a return/exchange to find out how helpful they truly were. As soon as they found out I had a return their smiles turned into frowns, and it all went downhill from there. Returns were Not allowed, Exchanges Ok. Since it was a small store the choices were very limited. The clerks were not happy that I asked for a refund just a few hours after I bought the goods. No was their simple answer.
Not going back to that store ever again.
