★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orario ufficiale di chiusura 21:00. Già dalle 19:45, le commesse ,visibilmente spazientite , avvisano i clienti che alle 20:30 i camerini sono chiusi. Ore 20: più clienti fanno notare come siano uscite 8 persone ma nessuno accenna a fare entrare i clienti di una fila ancora molto lunga ma, una delle ragazze, già intenta a passare il panno umido sui vetri, comunica che la capienza è limitata dai camerini, a suo dire, pieni, e non dalle dimensioni del negozio. Quindi se i camerini non si fossero liberati sarebbe stato impossibile entrare in negozio! Va da sé che molte persone in fila hanno rinunciato già alle 20, considerando le due "regole" di cui sopra. A questo punto, del tutto disinteressati a fare acquisti in un posto del genere, entriamo solo per principio e , come volevasi dimostrare, i camerini erano vuoti! Una sola persona intenta a provare!!! Morale della favola: un atteggiamento deplorevole votato senza mezzi termini a scoraggiare chi , in fila da tempo, contribuisce con costosi acquisti a pagare lo stipendio degli stessi dipendenti. Uno spettacolo inqualificabile a cui tutti hanno assistito sgomenti, che poco rappresenta un marchio prestigioso e che i responsabili dell'azienda non dovrebbero consentire. Dall'altra parte mi sento di dire a chi ci lavora senza voglia che se si ha un problema con l'azienda in cui si lavora, rivolgerne al cliente i rispettivi rancori è scorretto , irriconoscente e, soprattutto, poco professionale.

So if the dressing rooms had not cleared it would have been impossible to enter the shop! It goes without saying that many people in line have already given up at 20, considering the two "rules" above. At this point, completely disinterested in shopping in such a place, we enter only on principle and, as we wanted to show, the dressing rooms were empty! One person intent on trying !!! Moral of the story: a deplorable attitude voted in no uncertain terms to discourage those who, in line for some time, contribute with expensive purchases to pay the salaries of the same employees. An unspeakable spectacle to which everyone witnessed dismay, which does not represent a prestigious brand and which the managers of the company should not allow. On the other hand, I would like to say to those who work there unwillingly that if you have a problem with the company you work for, addressing their respective grudges to the customer is unfair, ungrateful and, above all, unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto spesso solo perché mi piace il marchio ma le commesse non meriterebbero neanche un cliente. Maleducate, scostanti e per niente gentili. Non ti aiutano a trovare la taglia ne si attivano a darti un'alternativa o un consiglio. Bel negozio peccato per chi ci lavora, bisognerebbe fare un corso di gentilezza e cortesia prima di assumere qualcuno.
I often buy just because I like the brand but the orders wouldn't even deserve a customer. Rude, unfriendly and not at all kind. They do not help you find the size nor do they take action to give you an alternative or advice. Nice shop, too bad for those who work there, you should take a course of kindness and courtesy before hiring someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese, ore 19.45 (nonostante la chiusura è prevista alle 20:30) le commesse ripetono continuamente che si deve provare e bisogna fare presto in quanto a breve dovranno chiudere, l'altra commessa (molto spazientita che non ti risponde in modo sgarbato perché è impegnata a passare l'aspirapolvere), devi chiedere il piacere di poter vedere un'abito alla commessa che sistema in modo nervoso gli abiti che tra cui alcuni consumati e/o danneggiati in modo evidente... Consiglio al Marchio di fare dei corsi di aggiornamenti di cortesia per il loro staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio dopo un ora di attesa fuori per entrare, manco fosse L assalto ai forni. L organizzazione non esiste. Non si può far entrare due persone alla volta nel negozio solo perché “non c’è disponibilità di camerini” che poi ci sono! Inoltre il personale non è gentile e questo non è stato un buon biglietto da visita. Una stella, ma vale zero. Che delusione!
I was in this shop after waiting for an hour outside to enter, not even the assault on the ovens. The organization does not exist. You cannot let two people into the shop at a time just because "there are no fitting rooms" which there are! Also the staff are not nice and this was not a good business card. One star, but it's worth zero. What a disappointment!
