★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire.... Sarà stato il periodo dei saldi e quindi negozio un po' più affollato ma il personale nn è di quelli particolarmente simpatici.
What can I say .... It must have been the sales period and therefore the shop is a bit more crowded but the staff are not particularly nice ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi dopo aver recata mi per effettuare il cambio di scarpe acquistate da voi ,che errore stato da parte della commessa che mi ha consegnato due scarpe di diverso numero, ma lo stesso modello, la commessa mi ha rimproverato che erano calde ,non le dovevo mettere al sole (la fila fuori al negozio x entrare circa 45 minuti.)
Poi in modo brusco non mi ha voluto cambiare il numero per la mancanza di scontrino ,avendo soltanto scontrino di pagamento bancomat, che secondo la legge vale lo stesso .Dopo questa esperienza in questo negozio non aqiustero mai più!

I clienti per personalizzare le ciabatte scelgono in cassa aumentano ulteriormente i già estenuanti tempi di attesa. La cassiera lascia continuamente la postazione per prendere gli articoli imbustati in magazzino. Insomma un disastro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza alquanto terribile. Un negozio fatto per 6 persone, eravamo in 30! Per personalizzare le scarpe hanno ideato delle spille che vengono scelte al momento del pagamento... e tu sei in fila ed aspetti!
Quite terrible experience. A shop made for 6 people, there were 30 of us! To personalize the shoes they have created brooches that are chosen at the time of payment ... and you are in line and waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo negozio Non mi entusiasma. il personale non è molto attento alle esigenze e alle richieste dei clienti .i prodotti sono esposti in maniera ingannevole ,in quanto è esposto un prezzo ma si riferisce magari ad un altro prodotto . si è tentati per entrare e comprare un prodotto con un prezzo conveniente e poi si scopre che quel prezzo si riferisce ad un altro prodotto.
This shop does not excite me. the staff is not very attentive to the needs and requests of customers. the products are displayed in a deceptive way, as a price is displayed but perhaps refers to another product. it is tempting to go in and buy a product with an affordable price and then it turns out that that price refers to another product.
