★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta disavventura presso Facis Outlet, La Reggia a Marcianise (CE). Ho acquistato due vestiti, dovendo fare la piega mi accorgevo che su una delle gambe era presente un'area di tessuto visibilmente fallato. Torno al negozio con il vestito e lo scontrino e apprendo con sconcerto che non lo potevano cambiare, poichè a seguito di una fantomatica telefonata a Milano presso l'Area Manager, gli era stato impedito il cambio del mio vestito e che potevano al massimo offrirmi un caffè!!! Ringrazio e vado via. Oltre al danno anche la beffa!
 Bad misadventure at Facis Outlet, La Reggia in Marcianise (CE). I bought two dresses, having to do the crease I realized that on one of the legs there was an area of visibly flawed fabric. I go back to the shop with the dress and the receipt and I am amazed that they could not change it, as following a phantom phone call in Milan to the Area Manager, they had been prevented from changing my dress and that they could at most offer me a coffee!!! Thank you and go away. In addition to injury, even insult!
