β β β β β Mi sono recata stamattina alla reggia Marcianise per un cambio di scarpe, all ingresso siamo entrati guardato le borse ecc quando s Γ¨ trattato di farci un cambio poichΓ© avevamo acquistato settimana scorsa un paio di scarpe, hanno chiesto del green pass, noi abbiamo le 2 dosi e avevamo la prenotazione a breve ma il green pass scaduto allora gentilmente abbiamo detto c accomodiamo fuori e aspettiamo il cambio ma ovviamente c hanno preso per i fondelli dicendo che non c era il numero ma non hanno nemmeno controllato perchΓ© in 2 secondi non Si controlla nulla allora abbiamo chiesto il rimborso o prendere altro ma c hanno messo alla porta siamo state cacciate, complimenti alla politica del commercio e della fidelizzazione del cliente ovviamente torneremo per nn perdere i soldi perchΓ© qui si spende de anche tanto!
 I went this morning to the Marcianise palace for a change of shoes, at the entrance we went in and looked at the bags etc. when it was time to change because we had bought a pair of shoes last week, they asked for the green pass, we have the 2 doses and we had the reservation shortly but the green pass expired then kindly we said c we sit outside and wait for the change but obviously c they took a piss saying that there was no number but they did not even check because in 2 seconds nothing can be checked then we asked for a refund or to take something else but we were thrown out of the door, congratulations to the trade policy and customer loyalty obviously we will come back not to lose money because here you spend a lot of money!

β β β β β Misunderstood which door to use in the store. Got lots of ugly mouths from a young naughty female employee. Got very rude indictment to leave the store and find the right entrance. We chose to go to other stores where the staff shows good manners.
