★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso che il commesso del negozio abbia preso un grosso scivolone, se lavorasse nella mia azienda lo licenziare in tronco... vengo al dunque: siamo entrati nello store insieme alla mia bambina che ha appena 8 anni, poiché mia moglie cercava una borsa da adattare ad un abito, il commesso ( se così possiamo definirlo) ci accoglie con educazione che presto si rivelerà FITTIZIA.... dopo la ne richiesta comincia a mostrare qualche articolo e GRATUITAMENTE fa un complimento alla piccola tirando fuori da un cassetto due piccole borsette micro.. mettendo alla scelta la piccola come se fosse un omaggio poiché nessun glielo ha chiesto, la bambina felice sceglie ringraziando educatamente, e poi ci si dedica di nuovo alla scelta della borsa, dopo averci mostrato più di un articolo, non c'è nulla che fa al caso nostro, e quindi dispiaciuti salutiamo e ringraziamo... ed ecco qui il colpaccio anzi la bassezza che noi non avevamo letto in prima battuta... mi spiego: uscendo dal negozio il Tipo ci rincorre facendosi restituire la micro borsetta che aveva gratuitamente proposto alla bambina che stava per fatti suoi... dovrebbe vergognarsi poiché se ha usato una cosa del genere per ingraziarsi i genitori, si è sbagliato di grosso, certe cose ad un bambino non si fanno, sottolineo si Vergogni!!!! E ringrazi che non siamo tornati indietro poiché se ne sarebbero viste delle belle! Invito l'azienda che assume soggetti del genere a selezionare meglio chi li rappresenta, poiché noi non ci torneremo più! Vergogna

Прекрасное ненавязчивое обслуживание, нам все показали, сориентировали по цветам и без вопросов поменяли после покупки сумку на другой цвет, потому что жена не могла определиться с цветом и на выходе она поняла, что все-таки хочет в светлом цвете, а не бордовом. Vado in negozio e trovo che l'unico dato che dovevo controllare non lo hanno controllato. Scontrino di cortesia non corrisponde ad articolo restituito. Borsa che dovevo acquistare in cambio diversa da quella.mostratami. un disastro. Veramente pessimi. Tanto tempo perso inutilmente. Mi hanno detto che loro offrono servizio whatsapp, ma che quando hanno flusso pubblico possono sbagliare....sconcertante. MODIFICA PARZIALE RECENSIONE: dopo un paio di ore mi hanno richiamata dal negozio per dire che avevano trovato lo scontrino esatto e che il cambio, come dettomi nei giorni precedenti, era possibile e si erano sbagliate. In sintesi: la Sig.ra Nicoletta che aveva risposto ai miei msg è stata ineccepibile. Professionale e competente. In sua assenza il servizio è molto meno efficiente e, soprattutto, ho riscontrato una scarsa proattività nella risoluzione dei problemi. Considerando che il cambio è stato fatto, aumento le stelle da 1 a 3, ma fare un viaggio a vuoto e poi ritornare appositamente ecc..è comunque un importanye disagio e rappresenta una lacuna incolmabile sotto il profilo del servizio.
