Adoro le O-bag
Visited during the sales. The shop assistants were very kind even though they were overworked and the shop was packed. Too bad for the lack of choice of some models of bags and the lack of the latest arrivals not on sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stata in questo negozio o bag alla reggia outlet a caserta perche volevo valutare la possibilità di un cambio di una borsetta che mi è stata regalata da mio marito....siamo stati accolti da un commesso svogliato e scarsamente disponibile che l'unica informazione che è stato in grado di fornire è stata quella che il pc era guasto e i cambi non potevano essere effettuati. Alla richiesta di mio marito se fosse possibile vedere delle alternative in modo da poter scegliere io e poter pasaare lui successivamente per il cambio il commesso ha aperto un cassetto ingarbugliato con la pretesa che foase possibile acegliere in mezzo a tutta quella confusione di accessori... dopo poco è uscita dal deposito un'altra commessa con la stessa voglia di lavorare del collega. Che dire io non entrerò più in questo negozio. Purtroppo il covid ha fatto grandi danni al lavoro e ai lavoratori troppo abituati allo stipendio a casa senza fatica
