★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci Siamo passati oggi mentre facev amo un giro per la reggia: le ragazze dello store fòssil sono state super dispinibili e molto cortesi e ci hanno guidato nella scelta degli articoli di orologeria e pelletteria che cercavamo. Ottimi i dettagli aggiuntivi (incisione gratuïta iniziale su cassa orologio, regolazione cinturino...) e qualità come sempre molto alta del brand. Consigliato.
We passed it today while we were taking a tour of the palace: the girls of the fòssil store were super helpful and very courteous and guided us in choosing the watch and leather goods we were looking for. Excellent additional details (free initial engraving on watch case, strap adjustment ...) and very high quality of the brand as always. Recommended.

I went to the store to ask for info and the girls in the store were super nice even though they didn't have the smartwatch with me, they tried to give me all the possible information to solve the problem. Personalmente, quando sono entrato, mi ha colpito il banco di orologi (maschili e femminili) tutti a 59 €. Sul lato opposto il banco di orologi con il 40% di sconto. Probabilmente erano di una produzione un po’ datata, ma restano comunque bellissimi.
Il personale l’ho trovato preparato e gentile: una delle ragazze mi ha anche tolto le maglie dall’orologio acquistato.

Personally, when I entered, I was struck by the counter of watches (male and female) all at 59 €. On the opposite side, the watch counter with 40% discount. They were probably of a somewhat dated production, but they are still beautiful.
I found the staff prepared and kind: one of the girls even removed the shirts from my watch.
