Ellos podrían buscar en sus sistemas la compra y hacer el registro de cambio. Pero no quisieron hacer el pequeño esfuerzo. Tendré que ver a quien se la regalo. Hay mucha gente en la calle que le puede servir. Haré una obra de caridad.
Very unhappy with this store. It is not possible that I receive a gift purchased here and not change the same product but another size for not having the invoice. They could search your systems for the purchase and make the exchange record. But they didn't want to make the little effort. I will have to see who gave the gift. La cosa comoda e che posso anche ordinare on line e poi ritirare. Loro hanno le mie misure ed i modelli che ho gia acquistato. Molto comodo. Poi per i clienti ci sono varie promozioni ed offerte sempre allettanti.
