★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse incompetenti e poco professionali e nessuna con il badge con il proprio nome ,dopo più di un ora che avevo richiesto un jeans dal magazzino perché esposti avevano solo jeans fallati mi hanno risposto che dovevo attendere ancora.Cosa più assurda dopo aver segnalato che un jeans provato era fallato,perché la cerniera era rotta,mi è stato risposto di rimetterlo in esposizione.....Non sanno nemmeno dov'è di casa la professionalità....
 Incompetent and unprofessional salespeople and none with a badge with their name, after more than an hour that I had requested a jeans from the warehouse because they had only flawed jeans on display they replied that I had to wait a little longer. tried it was wrong, because the hinge was broken, I was told to put it back on display ..... Era rimasto un ultimo vestito e mi serviva però la cerniera dietro era già stata rotta da qualcun’ altro.
Vado dalla commessa a chiedere se posso scambiarlo con quello del manichino perché alla fine dal manichino nessuno lo prende il vestito però poteva farmi un piacere e si è inventata che i manichini non li vestono loro ma scusate eh quanto ci vuole a vesti un manichino? La risposta è la voglia.
Giorno 30 ottobre commessa alla prima cassa a destra e una nei camerini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi pomeriggio in questo negozio ho chiesto un articolo e mi hanno detto che dovevano prenderlo dal magazzino quindi dovevo attendere un 15minuti.Ho accettato poiché l articolo mi serviva,e senza mai spostarmi dal camerino ho atteso prorio di fronte la commessa a cui ho chiesto( una ragazzina bassa con il caschetto nero)trascorsi i minuti mi rivolgo di nuovo a lei per capire se dovevo attendere ancora o meno e lei mi dice che praticamente doevo attendere perché il deposito nn era vicino attendo altri minuti rivado da lei e mi dice che aveva perso il codice dell articolo...beh poteva anche chiederlo di nuovo a me visto che ero lì davanti ai suoi occhi..io credo che sia stata una grande maleducata e una persona poco professionale visto che ero in attesa da più di 25 minuti...poteva avvisarmi prima che nn aveva chiesto l articolo dal magazzino invece ho atteso inutilmente Atteggiament vergognoso..Appena potrò ne farò presente anche al responsabile
I went to this shop this afternoon, I asked for an item and they told me they had to take it from the warehouse so I had to wait 15 minutes. I accepted because I needed the item, and without ever leaving the dressing room I waited in front of the saleswoman I asked (a short girl with a black helmet) after the minutes I turn to her again to figure out if I should wait or not and she tells me that I practically have to wait because the deposit was not close I wait for more minutes I go back to her and I she says she had lost the item code ... well she could also ask me again since I was there in front of her eyes..i think she was a big rude and unprofessional person as I was waiting for more than 25 minutes ... he could have warned me before that he had not asked for the item from the warehouse but I waited in vain Shameful attitude .. As soon as I can I will also report it to the manager

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi auguro di non entrare mai in un negozio così sporco. Sono entrata per comprare un pantalone, ma l'unica cosa con cui sono uscita era la voglia di scappare da quello schifo.
I camerini erano pieni di carte, polvere ma soprattutto capelli; sotto ogni espositore c'era polvere e cartellini ovunque e vicino alle casse tutti fermacapelli per terra nello sporco.
I wish you never to enter such a dirty shop. I went in to buy some pants, but the only thing I went out with was the desire to escape from that crap.
The dressing rooms were full of papers, dust but mostly hair; under each display there was dust and tags everywhere and near the crates all hair clips on the ground in the dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di abbigliamento abbastanza fornito, forse pecca nel “reparto” maschile siccome c’era pochissima scelta. Anche qui ho trovato capi rovinati, partendo da alcuni pantaloni bianchi sui quali erano presenti delle strisce azzurre/blu, dei gilet tutti sfilacciati e rovinati. Anche qui c’erano delle code infinite in cassa. Per questo il mio voto è due stelle.
Fairly stocked clothing store, perhaps flawed in the men's "department" as there was very little choice. Here too I found damaged garments, starting with some white trousers on which there were blue / blue stripes, vests all frayed and ruined. Here too there were endless queues at the checkout. For this my rating is two stars.
