★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo! Sono stata altre volte in questo negozio e mai ho avuto un trattameno così spiacevole! La ragazza dagli occhi azzurri è stata di una maleducazione inconcepibile. Disinteresse totale per i gusti del clienti, risposte antipatiche e neanche un sorriso. Quando per la seconda volta ha provato a venderci merce già rotta il tutto condito dalla solita maleducazione, ci ha fatto davvero perdere le staffe. Aveva già la nostra carta di credito in mano e la sensazione era di essere derubati. Siamo quindi usciti dal negozio, di sicuro per non ritornarci mai più. Abbiamo letto recensioni negative rivolte alla stessa persona e ci chiediamo come sia possibile che l'azienda permetta un trattamento simile del cliente che, dopotutto, sta comprando un genere non di prima necessità, a maggior ragione è lì per coccolarsi e magari sentirsi coccolato. Non lascio mai recensioni ma ora era doveroso verso le altre persone e verso un'azienda della quale sono cliente da troppi anni per restare in silenzio.
Absurd! I have been to this shop before and have never had such an unpleasant treatment! The blue-eyed girl was of an inconceivable rudeness. Total disinterest in customer tastes, unpleasant answers and not even a smile. When for the second time he tried to sell us already broken goods, all seasoned with the usual rudeness, he really made us lose our temper. He already had our credit card in his hand and the feeling was that he was being ripped off. We then left the shop, for sure never to return. We have read negative reviews addressed to the same person and wonder how it is possible that the company allows a similar treatment of the customer who, after all, is buying a genre that is not of primary necessity, all the more reason is there to pamper and maybe feel pampered. I never leave reviews but now it was a duty to other people and to a company of which I have been a customer for too many years to remain silent.
