★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. We lost 1.5 hours w/o any help. We came to get support for two MacBook Pro that both didn’t work. We were asked to wait for one hour as we didn’t have an appointment. After one hour I asked for un update on the waiting time and the Apple guy said there were still many people ahead of us, so we had to leave. As soon as I left the parking spot (5 min later) I got the text message that our spot was available. This is a joke, wasting our time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service did not want to help with my translator with me. Wanted me to leave my phone with all my passwords with someone I didn’t know instead of letting both of us in. After waiting two hours. Craziness!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn‘t matter in which Apple store you are walking in, you are always treated nicely! This one is no exeption. The employees that I talked to had a great knowledge, did speak english very well and tried to cover any point that I asked!
The only negative point that the store itself is a little bit on the smaller side, so it can get cramped in there!
