★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho un azienda, uso il computer solo per la scuola di ballo. Ma la celerita'professionalita e la cortesia, nel risolvere imiei problemi velocemente e con gentilezza mi hanno colpito. Veramente da 10 e lode!!!!!
 I don't have a company, I only use the computer for dance school. But the speed, professionalism and courtesy in solving my problems quickly and with kindness struck me. Really 10 and praise !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ metto 3 stelle in quanto non sono stato in grado di stabilire il loro livello di preparazione. Il mio pc non è stato riparato, è non è stata fatta una diagnosi esaustiva... cosa strana, dato che pure io so già che cosa avesse. Speravo in un controllo più approfondito, ma evidentemente è oltre le loro capacità. Mi hanno mandato a un altro negozio, e la mia esperienza con loro finisce qui. Non mi pronuncio cmq su un verdetto finale, magari hanno buone competenze su problemi più semplici e basilari, se avete un cellulare che fa le bizze o un portatile con la tastiera inceppata ecc. probabilmente è il posto giusto per voi. Niente da dire su cortesia e trattamento dei clienti.
I put 3 stars as I have not been able to establish their level of preparation. My pc has not been repaired, and an exhaustive diagnosis has not been made ... strange thing, since I also already know what it was. I was hoping for a more thorough check, but it is evidently beyond their capabilities. They sent me to another store, and my experience with them ends there. Anyway, I don't pronounce myself on a final verdict, maybe they have good skills on simpler and more basic problems, if you have a mobile phone that has a tantrum or a laptop with a jammed keyboard etc. it is probably the right place for you. Nothing to say about courtesy and treatment of customers.
