★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facili da raggiungere, sia telefonicamente che dal vivo, realistici ed onesti nel consigliare il cliente sulle riparazioni e super efficienti nel diagnosticare i guasti e comunicare il preventivo per la riparazione. Lavorano su tutte le principali marche di laptop, anche fuori garanzia e senza passare dai call center dall'assistenza ufficiale, che spesso sono un incubo. Portato un mese fa il mio laptop per un problema di surriscaldamento avvenuto appena fuori garanzia, senza dover lasciare alcun deposito: in meno di una settimana era già riparato. Per una cifra veramente modica rispetto al prezzo di acquisto, adesso posso continuare a usarlo perfettamente - funziona meglio di prima del guasto! - senza perdita di dati, evitando spese inutili per un nuovo acquisto ed aiutando a salvare l'ambiente per non aver buttato una macchina perfettamente attuale e in condizioni di fare il suo lavoro ancora per diversi anni.
Easy to reach, both by phone and live, realistic and honest in advising the customer on repairs and super efficient in diagnosing faults and communicating the estimate for the repair. They work on all major brands of laptops, even out of warranty and without going through the call centers for official assistance, which are often a nightmare. I took my laptop a month ago for an overheating problem that occurred just out of warranty, without having to leave any deposit: in less than a week it was already repaired. For a very small amount compared to the purchase price, I can now continue to use it perfectly - it works better than before the breakdown! - without data loss, avoiding unnecessary expenses for a new purchase and helping to save the environment for not having thrown away a perfectly current machine and in condition to do its job for several years to come.
